T.Jack had some drops and miscues from recievers that you just don't see as often from good teams... but Tavaris why would you go deep multiple times when your guy is covered on third and 3, 4 and 5. Get what you need and take a shot once and awhile preferably when they are not covered.
Childress added to this on a crucial third and 4 by running Taylor when it seemed like T.Jack had developed a bit of rythm for the first time in the game.
I do not mind when my team loses but make them beat you. The Vikes gave away that game today. Shiancoe is not a rliable recieving tight end. It's not just the TD he dropped in the endzone that shurly would have resulted in a victory he dropped lots last year and continues to disapoint!
T.Jack gets two more games and thats it.

Our play calling was forgetable too.

Where is Brad Childress' name in this article?? He's the problem, not anything else. Sure Tjack is inconsistent but he doesn't call the plays! You writers must be watching a different game if you can't include the head coach as the problem.

Is it too late to hire a head coach for the season.

Better to be good and win, than to believe in a quarter back that is not all that good. I know that a coach has the knowledge to run an effective team, but not to change what is NOT working, makes you question a coach, even the owner. I hate going into each season watching my team do just enough to be considered "okay" Changes need to be made now.

Too predictable. Once we kicked ANOTHER field goal, to begin the 3rd Quarter, you knew we were not going to last. The Colts would make the big plays and win the game. Why does Tjack not take off running when everyone is covered??? He has the ability to spread the defense. The receivers are not helping either! Too many dropped passes. Shiancoes dropped TD could have sparked the offense. That dood needs to go!

C'mon, this loss is laid at the feet of Coach Childress. if we're ever going to know if jackson can play, then Childress HAS to let him play! open the playbook and give jackson HIS game to sink or swim and stop running this vanilla offense that EVERYONE can read! Let jackson throw and open the playbook to see if he can do the job. if he can we win, if not then get rid of him but give him a shot to actually PLAY quarterback!

Oh yeah, and a TE that can hold onto the ball would help too.....

Until we have an NFL-grade starter taking the snaps, success isn't likely. It's a shame too, with several other parts of the team (AP and the running game, run defense, etc.) being very good.

TJ "might" be a serviceable back-up, but he's no NFL starter. And now, the ego of Brad Childress not wanting to admit that he overvalued his QB is standing in the way of a QB change.

What a mess.

Hey, Childress I hope you are doing you and your stupid choking, I mean "coaching" staff a favor by watching Monday Night Football. Philadelphia and Dallas will show you how to call plays that will actually work, especially converting the all important third downs so you will stop overworking AP and that damn good defense. Oh, and "no action Jackson can take lessons from McNabb on how to move around in the pocket to find open receivers...Stop being so mechanical TJack and just play the damn game. You're not very smart so at least fake it.
tired of this bs

Let's see if I got this right: the highly-paid Manning threw two interceptions, but that's okay, because he's so important that the ref's help him out with his wardrobe problems; Jackson's well-paid receivers either didn't catch the ball or dropped the potential touchdown that would have won the game, and it's really all Jackson's fault that the Vikings lost. I just wanna be sure. (Guess justice really is blind.) If I'm Jackson, I wanna get to throw to Gonzalez next time.

Well, it's like this:

The Defense definately played well enough to win the game.

Unfortunately, the Offense played $h!tty enough to lose anything that the Defense gained.

AD...What a waste of great talent!
