The Panthers DESERVE to lose because their owner found it necessary to give Delhomme a huge multi-million$$$ contract during the offseason. That's a lot of money for a mediocre quarterback (when he's healthy) with a weak arm, no footspeed, a high turnover ratio, who gets injured all the time. With even a decent, consistent quarterback who didn't always turn over the football, the Panthers would win at least 10 games every year.
