We knew this would happen sooner or later. Looks like Heap won't be getting the ball since he'll be the sixth Olineman. Wouldn't be surprised if they throw Wilcox in there too to block. Forget about wins, let's just hope Flacco can still walk when the season ends.

Dolphins are going to humiliate the Ravens this weekend. Gaither and Anderson are garbage. Neither would be starting on another NFL team. I laugh every time I hear about the story Gaither likes to tell about how he dominated Mario Williams for 5 minutes. When they play later this season he is going to get worked.

Well, it all comes back to our player personnel dept. Why are we stuck with a cast-off (Willie Anderson) starting? Why is our other starter (Gaither) a 5th round pick who had to be inserted as a starter right out of college? Why did we waste a 2nd round pick on a marginal player (Adam Terry) and another 2nd rounder on a player who has been a total bust (Chester)? Our personnel people have done a pretty good job with 1st round picks, but have wasted lots of 2nd and 3rd round choices on players who have not contributed. We are left with a VERY thin team, with few young players we can count on to develop.

When is the last time we spent a good pick on an O-lineman??? Ozzie is a joke and needs to be fired. This league is about winning...I don't care how good your defense is. We are losing.

The Ravens are pretty banged up. Both corners, Ray Lewis, Ed Reed, Kelly Gregg, Marshall Yanda, Willis McGehee, Todd (the glass man) Heap. Mark (somethings always wrong) Clayton. I would say Dolphins by 14.
They might salvage two or three more wins this season. They still have made no structural changes in their lineup. No recievers, aging D. That organization needs massive change and leadership from the top, they have been riding that amazing defense for years, that is about over now, those old timers are about wore out. When they retire the Ravens will become the lions.

The Ravens Offensive line played above expectations for the first four games. Now, they're starting to play the way a young, inexperienced, o-line plays. The Ravens offensive line hasn't been a good unit for a long time. And that's when we had Jonathan Ogden anchoring the left side.

God knows we had better keep it on the ground. What's the weather forecast for Miami on Sunday?

So Willie Anderson is garbage? Since when are you the authority on the talent of NFL players? Anderson was a first round draft pick (10th overall). He has been selected to five Pro Bowls. With your comments if anyone knows what it is like to be humiliated, embarrassed, rolled, mauled, etc., it would be you. Your comment is garbage.

The Lions? Damn try Flag Football. We waited for how long watching our "D" be the key focus of Baltimore. Hopefully when we are in the decline with our "D" we may have an idea of what a spread offense is and score a TD every 6 games.

Fins - 13

Ravens - 3

Flacco - 3 more INT.

When that does happen just watch the reacation of our aging "D". They may not want to say but we all know what they are thinking.

How 'bout last year's first rounder, Ben Grubbs? I'd say Jason Brown (a third rounder, I think) turned out pretty well too.

You can add Marshall Yanda to that group (2007 - third round).

Hopefully they are thinking that Ozzie Newsome screwed them by not getting more weapons and protection for their QB on offense. They won't be blaming Flacco, that's for sure. Our O-Line was young and inexperienced but now we're young, inexperienced, and beat up. Not a good thing. Our receivers can't get open before the defense gets to Flacco so it doesn't look good. I just hope Flacco survives until the offseason when we can draft/sign more help.

Can players stop correlating games to military circumstances? They show themselves to be fools and out of touch when they describe themselves as soldiers. Games are not life and death. They show themselves to be posers when they talk of battles and losses of soldiers.

Guys - don't bother replying to FT and his garbage. By now he is waking up from his afternoon nap and preparing for his night watchman gig, where he plays video games and pocket pool all night long. That's where he gets his vast football knowledge!

And the media and the fans blow it way out of proportion. They are not comparing themselves directly to soldiers fighting a real war with flying bullets. It's just a figure of speech. "A well contested battle" "It's a war out there", etc, etc. Just figures of speech. People need to lighten up and worry about real things.
