Joints and ligaments cannot support the weight that these guys are carrying. Don't anyone blame Harbaugh's tough camp for this and other injuries.

Don't want to be repetive because i just posted the same thing on another blog. But even without terry's injury this line wasn't going to be very good at all anyway, You know and even if you don't know you can't win in this league without to very good offensive tackles. The balme for this should fall squarely on the shoulders of Ozzie , he couldn't have thought that terry and gaither were going to be able to play effectively all year. He didn't amke any attempt at all in the off season to address this problem and outside of a major trade we have kralick and cousins playing tackle .What a joke ozzie. Gaither might be good one day , but terry was a bust out from the day we drafted him 2nd . This isn't any surprise to anybody , but it sure must have been one to ozzie. WHAT IN THE WORLD WERE YOU THINKING> I will give all you homers a cahnce to jump on me again, because it's becoming more obvious every passing day who was really running that war room and this franchise. The Browns have depth at every postion and Phil knew that towin in this league you need a good offensive line. He made that a priorty and you cansee how improved that it is.

HA HA !! Just like my comments earlier on this bum, he is a quitter. Cut him now.Why didn't we pick high 1st rd after Flacco through trade for next year a quality left tackle? We have done this before(Boller). Drafting him and all other De Costa pix are not panning out. Sure Ngata and Grubbs were there but anyone with half a brain would have picked them out of need. We have not drafted well since Savage left town. Not at least players who are consistant or even on team. Again I stand firm @ 3-13 season. Growing pains and Ray Lewis swan song going down in injury.

I think someone called him getting hurt before preseason started- whoever that was looks like you should have bet on it! Or maybe that was Dan Cody- but Terry getting hurt doesnt surprise me since in a report it said that the ankle was still hurting. Just doesnt figure to be a great season for the ravens if Terry, Heap, Boller, C Mac, Rolle, Lewis (or another top notch defender) all get hurt again.

Trade Suggs for an OL and let Barnes move up to DE.

Because after we picked Flacco the only quality Tackle left in the draft was Jeff Otah and he went right after we picked.

Even if we did trade up and take a Tackle in the first round ( if there were any worth taking ) then you'd be crying about that Rookie having no experience.

is it safe to say we can finally put the Favre rumors to rest? NOW I am Ok with Boller at QB, I'd hate to see Joe get hurt.

Mike,
Didn't you see this coming a couple of years ago?And Flacco would have been there in 2nd rd if we traded early in 1st last year for left tackle not knocking Grubbs. Im not knocking Flacco either, but he was under radar of need teams.Kinda 2nd teir. Brohm was rated higher. He went to Packers Time will tell with him.LOL But this is about Terry and he is done!!

J.O we need you to un=retire and suit up ASAP ! You can be a legit come back and no one will say a word ! If your toe will allow we should pay T -fizzles salary and yours our trade Fizzles to up and coming team. just no one in our division. Alo the addition of the C. Henry would bode well with this squad as he maybe a head case but has the skill set to succeed against most of the NFL cornerbacks. Haugbaugh will work the sillyness out him and the rest of the bored vets. Like i said before, "if you can't make it through Training camp you really won't stand a real chance in the regular season ! Waive Terry or put on practice squad for future trade bait !

Gaither will be ok in a few days. Terry, on the other hand, already had a bad ankle, and probably just made it a lot worse today. Things are not looking good for this line. It's not Harbaugh's fault, it's just bad luck. This could be a very long season.

Bob, you have absolutely no sources; you have no idea what power Phil had and what power Ozzie had, what decisions Phil made and what decsisions Ozzie made. So until you can come to me with some hard evidence that Phil was actually the "brains," there's no point in spouting off nonsense.

I love that Terry's injury is making everyone suddenly lose faith in this team. Terry wasn't any good to begin with, so losing him doesn't make the O-line all that much worse. They weren't good from the start. Losing Terry probably means a difference of 1 game won or lost at the most.

Terry is a lot better than Kracalik. Plus, it may be the difference of 1 game, but it make a huge difference in terms of sacks and rush yards.

if he got hurt in practice what would have happened in a game time situation? Hurt. You've got to have reliable back ups in this league. If we were that thin then this wasn't thought out too well. To Blame the coach for a hitting camp is dumb, Terry is gone sooner than later. It was bound to happen.

Probably true, especially considering that his ankle was only at 90 percent. Hopefully this will give him time to heal before the regular season. Or maybe Oniel Cousins can step up.

Oh, and thank god Ngata isn't seriously hurt.

And PS, is Chris Chester even still on this team?

Jeff,
Ive been saying we need an Offensive Line before we got rid of Zeus years ago. I understand what you're saying, but this does hurt the team like it or not.

Terry may not be a great O-Tackle maybe not even a good one...but at this point he was the best Tackle we had and the one with the most games under his belt.

You do what you do because you're good at it...just as I do what I do because Im good at it. I have to believe that Oz is good at what he does.

If you and I see that he needs to be looking for a talented Tackle...don't you think he sees it?
