Wait a minute -- I thought all the Ravens problems were the result of Billick passing when he should've run and running when he should've passed. I'm confused.

When the Ravens launch him, he's gonna be meaner than angry BEAR and play great for another team. It happens that way.

Mike, I love your columns and your writing style. You make me want to be a better journalist.

But really, how obvious can you be? Everyone knows you have/had informants in the lockeroom ( Ricard, AD just to name a few), and it seems that Terry must be your "go-to" guy this season.

Anyways, keep up the good work.

Interesting article.

O linemen seem to fall into two categories, the stars, like JO or Joe Thomas who take a year or two to sdjust and then are there for 10 years and then the anonymous hard workers who shift around looking for a good situation where their hard work will help them fit in and win a long term job. The second tier guys generally need a stable long term scheme to succeed. Look at Jeff Saturday who was a UFA signed and cut by the Ravens and is now a long term star with the Colts.

Again, Preston shows how little he really knows about the Ravens. If there is ONE THING that is crystal clear about Adam Terry, it's THAT HE CANNOT PLAY RIGHT TACKLE. This has become clear over a period of YEARS. So your stupid suggestion that if JO comes back, Terry could play RT is just that -- STUPID. How you still have a job is what's the real mystery here.

And two mini camps equals a "revolving door" at O-line? You're a joke.

I for one am really rooting for Terry to settle in to the LT spot. JO is retiring, and if he doesn't - his heart really isn't in it now. Have heard a lot about how much golf he's playing & how little he's preparing for the season. For the team's sake, let's hope Terry is up to the job. He has all the tools - he just needs to put them to work.

I'm no expert, but I expect Terry to have a great year, don't count on JO coming back. Thanks for everything JO, you were the best ever!

And I suppose you have a better idea as usual. Another stupid comment Skay, Terry, like the others have been either hurt or pushed into their roles. That is why the OL is the way it is. Yanda played good but not great at RT so that meant only 1 place Terry could play and that is LT. But injuries took its toll on him and he missed time so they put Gaither in there. Now he's healthy and will battle for both spots. And that depends what Ogden decides to release the team being held hostage.

Look stop kidding yourself, terry will never be any good on this line. he is way two slow out of his stance and lineman are by him before he can react. In this league you win with 2 stud offensive tackles, a center who can make the line calls, 2 good corner backs, and a qb who can manage the game with making two many yurnovers. Now look at the current ravens and tell me what thay have , no tackles, 2 aging and over the hill corner backs and no qb that we know of at this time. Our offensive line is terrible and from what i see thay haven't made any great strides in adjusting it. Look at the Cleveland browns last year, they acguired Joe thomas in the draft, pick up that good free agent guard and finally solved what had been there problem for many years the offensive line. What happened they had a 10 win season.

"You're used to stepping one way, and now you have to learn to step with the other foot first"

Gimme me a break - Hopefully they can remember their left from their right when their driving. If these guys aren't in the gym in the offseason then I say they belong in a Arthur Murry dance class. Or maybe I could donate my kids Twister game to the Ravens so they can sharpen their skills.

Cute avatar, Dave. But seriously...try reading AND comprehending. It's a good thing to have when you post on a MB. My "better idea", Dave? LET TERRY PLAY LT WHERE HE DID A GOOD JOB, you moron. What part of that -- exactly -- did you not understand?

Ever since Ogden got whooped by Finey a couple of years ago, Ogden has not been the same. Shows how soft he is. Now this crap: Is he playing or is he not. It's been going on for over 6 months. It's like dealing with a 3 year old. I like to see Harbaugh ask him to make up his mind NOW. Like I said last year, we will see that big fat idiot in a New England uniform. Hall of fame players make players around them better. That never happened with Ogdan. All of our Q-B's even in the Super bowl season have been crushed time after time year after year. Ogden is a one way Knucklehead. The sooner he is out of the organazation the better off we will be.

You can't make players around yourself better, but you're an expert.

Hey idiot, Ray's been doing it for years. All real All Pro's do. Ever hear of Sharper. Oh not since he left to make millions thanks to Ray. Bouleware, Scott etc. That's why it's important to have players who are also leaders on any winning team. TO MAKE THE OTHER PLAYERS BETTER! IDIOT. Manning, Brady, leaders and many more. They make the players around them better.

So you think JO is a little light in the loafers when it comes to being a "real" All Pro? All JO ever did was anchor ONE OF THE WORST O-lines IN THE HISTORY OF THE NFL. Pretty much all by himself. You want more than that? Go back to playing Madden.

(Oh...by the way, genius...it's FREENEY. Dwight Freeney. Not Finey.)

My question is where is Gaither gonna play, he is physically built to be a dominant tackle. They need to get his a** in the books and make him show up on time to practice.

All emotion - no facts! One of the "worst" OT lines went 13-3 in 2006 (check the sacks allowed) and won a Superbowl? Calm down!
