Brees sees changes as good sign

New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees needed just one thing to recapture his football mindset as he began the team's offseason program this week.

Things are headed int he right direction. I live inb florida and all i hear about is Miami this, Jacksonville this, and Tampa did this well i just keep telling everyone the Saints are coming so look out. I am pleased with the offseason transactions it will be a great year. Go Saints

We have had a great offseason and are doing well financially. The big question is Deuce, how is the knee? My early xmas wish is Mcfadden in the 1st round and then sign Pacman.I know he is a trouble maker but with the veterans we have, I think they can keep him in line and hopefully off of Bourbon street for a year. What happens to him after we win the Super Bowl could care less. This is the year! Who Dat?

I think this offseason has been one of the saints most smartest ones..other the one after we signed DREW BREEESSS..the saints have addressed there needs which were on defense really welll and re-signed the WR CORPS..i feel that finaly the saints are a closer team with everyone attending offseason workouts..Sean Payton is doing a great job..it feels so good to call myself a SAINTS FAN.WHO DAT?

I thought the Saints signed Matt Lehr, who has started 20 times mor games at center than Goodwin and is younger. ESPN even rates him higher. Is he an after thought or is he "really" going to anchor the line like he did in big D and Atlanta?

This saints offseason could be better than the 06 one, even before the draft. Our defense should be better than ever if John Vilma and Dan Morgan stays healthy. Na who dat say they goin beat them saints, who dat!!! who dat!!!

One thing is for sure, if the Saints can get their Defensive package shored-up and keep it intact, they have an excellent shot at another SB Title run. If their Defense can rise-up and become a top 10 "D" just like their top 5 offense, Look out NFL! The Saints are Marching on in!!!

I'm really happy with the offseason moves the Saints have made. Now i think the first and second draft picks will set the tone for this team for the next 3 seasons. Everyone in New Orleans knows the Saints need a cornerback. I personally think Cromartie would be best for the saints defensive system. I'm looking forward to a great season.

Drew Brees is a class act. The Saints are going to have a very good year. Brees will lead the league in passing, as the running game will open up the pass. His receiving corps is second to none. Deuce is the key to the running game, although we need all the pieces of the puzzle in place. The draft was good. I'd love to get Shockley from NY, but we'll be okay if we don't. My biggest worry is the defense. Stop the pass and we'll kick butt. This will be an exciting year for Saints fans, and I can hardly wait!
