BINGO! And you can add this part of what he said to the equation as well:

"I really don't have an answer for you right now," Ravens coach Brian Billick said. "We have to go back and analyze it and see if we can come up with a better answer than what we've come up with previously."

The reality is...he HAS no answer. And he's been given more than enough time and money to come up with one. Obviously, he can't. So obviously, Steve Bisciotti will have to come up with the answer for him:

"Brian...YOU'RE FIRED!"
