Well the mystery of Tait resigning is over. Now all the Bears have left is about 25 other pressing roster questions and openings.

I guess JA might get off his a s s sometime soon and make some moves. He will probably wait till all the "A" and "B" ranked free agents are gone till he acts. So typical Angelo.

I guess as it has been said this is his "on the cheap" year. I think if he Actually Signed a DECENT FREE AGENT OR 2 (What am I thinking, I must be hallucinating) the Chicago BEARS Fans would have a collective HEART ATTACK in disbelief.

I guess we could always hope that he comes out of his walking coma and ACTS like a REAL General Manager Sometime Soon.

Why do you people continue to write that re-signing John St Clair is a priority? He is not that good and is a back-up at best for any other offensive line in the league (duh, I wonder why no one else has signed him yet). St. Clair says he wants to remain a Bear because no one else wants him.

These comments about Angelo not signing free agents are hilarious. First off, signing free agents are not always the answer. Second, they are usually over-priced. And third, there are not very many really good free agents to sign this year, especially for the offensive line. The Bears are doing the right thing by waiting to see who will become a salary cap casualty. Stop whining about it!

It's going to be a LONG season....aging O Line and defense, no receivers, mediocre special teams, stubborn coach and GM. UNBEARABLE!

Josh Bullocks??? Marcus Hamilton??? They can't be serious...our season is over right now. I would like to stop whining about it, but now I'll have to find another team to watch on Sunday afternoons.

You never hear his name mentioned during a game. No holding penalties, no jumping offsides, no drunken barbell head smashing incidents. Just a solid, respectable football player who hopefully will move on with his life.

Any interest in Orlando Pace for the O-line?

With Lovie's ties to the Rams, we can only hope they're considering it.

The Bears should concentrate on drafting the next Orlando Pace, not trying to squeeze out another year out of the old Orlando Pace.

there's plenty of real good NFL teams (in fact one just won the super bowl) that don't have great offensive lines. I don't get this Angelo mind set.

What are you talking about he is one of the worse coverage safety's in football. He got Benched by the Saints and Saints fans hate him. He gave up like 12 TD's last year, he is brutal. He had a decent rookie year and then dropped like a rock. Teams actually looked for him and attacked, he is no better than Williams in coverage and is a a couple of steps down from Brown. The guy is a total liability in pass coverage. I bet he can't even beat out Steltz.
