Grant is no Peterson so not a hugh loss to the Packers, maybe a little set back, despite what some of their fans think of Grant as being an all pro. Now if they would lose Rodgers or Jennings, you could pretty much stick a fork in 'em.

Jackson didn't look to bad from what I saw. Thats about the only positive spin I can put on this for you Pack fans. Maybe trade the Bears for Chester Taylor?:)

I agree. I'm not gloating. I will say that there is no question this hurts the Packers; Grant was by far their best runner. "Chance and time happeneth to them all," as it says in the good book. Stay strong; Skol Vikings.

I hate to see anybody get hurt that badly. Without a real running threat, defenses will put a huge effort into getting after Rodgers. He will be spending a lot of time picking turf out of that cavernous nose of his. That could be a serious setback for the Peckers...and the grounds crew.

The Packers play allot of games outdoors especially at the end of the season. If they have any rain games in between the run game could be crucial.Look at the Chiefs game last nite. And then in December in the snow.Doesnt look good.Someday the Packers luck is gonna run out getting players off the waiver wire.Their best bet is Marshawn Lynch but what do they have to trade.
