Hakim's speed should prove to be of value, especially on kick returns and in the slot. Good pick up! Who the heck is Liwienski? And I'm not sure on "some" of these decisions based on Cam's knowing the guy. Kind of reminds me of Saba...... yeah, that guy. I'm rolling with Cam though. Can't wait for the draft! Go Phins!

Not exactly a grand slam homerun, but Hakim will be able to do the things that Welker did and maybe even do them a little better, Liwienski may not be the answer for the o-line but he can provide some quality depth. Both of these moves address two of the Dolphins most critical needs and it looks like we didn't overspend. Overall good moves...I still don't understand all the rumors about aquiring Trent Green. Why? unless the Dolphins plan on unloading Daunte Culpepper. I'd like to see the Dolphins draft a QB or atleast someone younger, maybe Carr?

Low risk signings. Can't hurt to take a shot and see if we strike lightning in a bottle for a year until we can bring in more young talent.

With this team right now it's all about offensive needs.A lineman and a receiver with experience cannot be a bad thing...we'll see.

We need to trust the coach, they get paid a lot of money, if I knew more than them than I would be coaching, trust the coach until we know better. Bill

Since Cam is familiar with these players he has a good idea how they will fit into the system. They might not end up being starters, but we need the depth. Good moves either way.

We're in the air, we're on the ground...we're always in control (pause) and when you say Miami, you're talking Super Bowl!
Does anyone know when the Texans will have to cut Carr by to avoid his salary?

Hakim may help fill Wes Welker's departue, not as fast though. Glad we are getting some OL, even though this guy played for a worse OL last year than ours, Arizona.

I may be nuts but, Isn't there a chance that "Cam" has the ability to communicate with the players he's getting. And is it not possible that communication is the key to success? I only hope the best for the Fins.!!

Good signing for the Dolphins, however I would be more excited if they announced the signing of Matt Lehr.

I agree Lehr and Carr and I'm good. Boy it would be good to know how Duante is doing in his rehab. I cool with the Fins sitting back and waiting until the draft the change the team if Duante is going to be 100%. Because we all know a healthy Culpepper gives south Florida its first playoff appearance in years. Carr would be a great backup and insurance policy.

I am against Miami trading draft picks for a QB. Let KC or Houston cut carr and green, then try and sign them. The signings can only help the team. They will compete in training camp, and if they don't make it, its because we drafted someone better. This team has at least another rebuilding year ahead before we are a contender. Right now we need youth. Draft a QB. Sign a few free agent QB's.
