Dolphins diminutive receiver Wes Welker continued to make a big name for himself, and it doesn't seem to matter whether it's Daunte Culpepper or Joey Harrington throwing him the ball.

Who can't help but love the play of Welker. And I can even forgive him for the tipped pass. If only the rest of his teammates played with as much grit, heart and soul.

With Booker out for a while, it will be good to see what Hagan can do. He has the speed and size that a good receiver needs. He even seems to have the hands. So how quickly can he learn the routes and contribute to the offense?

Welker is just a great football player. I get tired of seeing comments like the "diminutive" Wes Welker, and writers constantly mentioning his size. Then you have comments by fans such as "god you know the teams sux when Wes Welker is your best receiver!" What is it with you people? If the guy isn't 6' 4" and black, he can't be good?
I don't feel like checking right now, but isn't Steve Smith around 5'9"? He does quite well also.
Wes should have had more playing time last year also. He showed he had skills long before this year...

There were so may numty nuts dissing Wes before the season started. Idiots who plain didn't understand that football is a team game and 45 T.O.s would make a hideous self-imploding disaster whilst 45 Wes's would make a ruling dynasty like the Pats have.
I just wish the Fins had more Zach's, Wes's, JT's - players who don't take plays off, rarely make mistakes and give everything they have, leaving nothing on the field.
Bet none of the lame-brains who said Wes should be cut have the guts to stand up and be counted now. Eat your words losers. Wes is a player! You are sat in lazy-boys for a reason!!!

MAN THE DOLPHINS HAVE GOT TO FIND A WAY TO KEEP PLAYERS HEALTHY, AND THOSE WHO SPEND AN AMPLE AMOUNT OF TIME ON THE DISABLED LIST JUST CUT OUR LOSSES AND MOVE ONE, ALL THEY ARE DOING IS EATING UP CAP & ROSTER SPACE WHEN WE CAN BRING IN ANOTHER GUY WHO COULD BE THAT TOM BRADY TYPE, A LATE ROUNDER OR FA PLAYER THAT WENT UNNOTICED AND BECOMES A HALL OF FAMER.

Welker is having such a great year this year that we won't be able to meet his contract demands next year. He'll then find his way to another team. The same with Ogunleye, I don't know how we let him escape to Chicago.

If the Dolphins had five Wes Welkers they would be a Super Bowl contender.2 thumbs up for Wes Welker

Welker is what teamate and 100% effort are all about. Instead of getting cocky as his star grows he criticises himself for a nearly uncatchable pass. If we had more players with his attitude and work ethic there is no way in hell we would be 1-4. Good on ya Wes!!

Wes Welker....what a breath of fresh air! Is there anybody in the NFL playing with as much grit and determination? And to find out that he's a devote Christrian! Truely a breath of fresh air in a league full of selfish, greety, and materialistic knuckle heads. The NFL should embrace Welker and players like him. Thanks Wes, God Bless!
