Such BIASED reporting. The 1st thing said about BECk is he FUMLED the 1st snap, but the fins recovered. HENNE also fumbled! It led to a saint score, why not RIP him a new one!
Beck should go to another team that wantes him, with fans that have attention spans longer than 12 seconds.
I am happy for Chad Henne, as he does look good as well, just as BECK did this time LAST year, in LAST years preseason! Remember! THe fins ONLY 2 wins in preseason LASt year were come from behind wins with BECK as QB!
So is Chad Henne in 2008, John Beck of 2007?

I am sure Sparano got in Henne's ass afterwards and after t6he interception as well. Problem for Beck is that in this his second season what has he done? FUMBLE THE BALL!! So how many chances does he get? It's over for him here. The only way he stays is if the decide to keep a QB for the latter stages of the game when a knee is taken. He does that quite well!!!!!

Fumbling has become a regular habit for Beck. Beck's future with the Dolphins is in the hands of the trifecta. It doesn't matter who writes what about whom.

John Beck is as bewilderd as a turtle on a fence post. He will get waived, cut or traded by the 1st game. Another wasted draft pick by Cam.

I didn't see the game, but because Beck fumbled on his FIRST possession, it's obvious he's a nervous wreck now - and he has to go. I envision him having Sammy Smith-itis (remember how years ago he always fumbled important possessions as a RB, and eventually got booed out of town). John, you're a good guy and maybe you can help Mitt Romney get some votes for John McCain after he's picked for VP from your Mormon brethren, but it's time for you to go.

In that I love drinking Beck's beer, I will now have to always worry subliminally about dropping my bottle,
and will have to hold it with 2 hands!

Beck needs to learn how to stay under center and make sure he has the hand off. Maybe he is gun shy and is trying to get into his drop as fast as he can prior to having the ball......scared, thanks Cam!

you are right. Thats why they gave him NO practice. They picked HENNE, they dint draft BECK, even though IRELAND had looked into it when he was in Dallas last year.
Beck has the talent, and the arm, and the brains. He wont get a chance here in Miami, cause the fans are, well, forgetful of some past QB's that have gotten off to BAD starts, and seem to think every QB that comes in here should be like Dan Marino in his prime from the get go. They forget that QB;s like Steve Young, Brett Favre, Troy Aikman, have STRUGGLED alot as rookies. They forget BECK is the same as a ROKKIE this yearm as HE is learning an al new system, operated by guys who DRAFTED CHAD HENNE. So BECK was the ODD MAN OUT the day HENNE got Drafted. BECK would have to have thrown for 3 times the yards, and TDs with 0 turnovers to have been equal to the trifectas golden boy to even been thought of as EQUAL, much less better. AND these Pessimistic fans whio only watch ESPN highlights, and NOT THE WHOLE GAMES, those who let ESPN dictate what to think and not to think, are the ones, the minority, accoding to the votes on this site, who think BECK should be let go.
I personally hope Chad Henne is what the trifecta thinks he is, because if he isnt, they are screwed. Because the total lack of faith, and the total biased they have shown in those they have picked, and the biased AGAINST those they havent, may come back and bite us in the rear end. If they are right abour Henne, doesnt mean BECK is no good. It just means Henne is as well, and of courcrse thy are gonna go with thier choice, but if HENNE turns out what those pessimists think BECK is, and BECK turns out to be what He can be. then what do we think? KEEP BECK. Let Mccown go.

Dont know if you've been watching but beck fumbles at least once just about every series hes ever been in. Let him go. He was brought in by Cam-Ram and they are the distant past. I hope he does well somewhere, it just won't be here. Remember Beck is not a football 1st guy and BYU didn't play anyone that he would be nervous about. Its different in the NFL.

The centers have it out for John Beck. They always give him crappy snaps. We need new centers! Support John Beck!!

Although Henne shows great promise, I don't like the way he often throws into double coverage. He's got to use better judgment and throw the ball away in those circumstances. Beck will be gone before the weekend is out. Honestly, I'd just as soon get rid of McCown because we already know what he can do, and it's not much. I'd keep Beck as the #3 and let him get a full year under a good tutor and a good offensive line, and great very good running game. Last year's team was not even a team. I know he's fumbling these snaps but he's a mental wreck. Let him chill out and keep him as your #3.

If McCown was going to stay they probably would have been playing him.
Beck is freaked out and his performance provides it, He's making all the mistakes a worried player makes, and here's why.
He gets escorted in here with a hero's welcome as the potential starter, then freaked under pressure, typical no offensive line scared the s h i t out of him. Then the tuna arrives, looks right past him like he's a dent in a locker room door.I'm sure every player felt the same way.
Then along comes McCown then Henne the new hero's, that had to impact Beck some. I'm a strong believer in building character earning your position by competing in camp but when Pennington came in it stunned all three of them.
Parcells wants youth that's a given If he was going to keep McCown he would have played him. Some would believe he played Beck to see if he would produce, then making a decision, but I think his mind
( Parcells ) has been made up for a while. All I know is the whole team is fired up more than any team I've watched this preseason. My prediction, we make the playoffs.

We've seen 5 games of Beck and he can't even get the basics down. I didn't like him out of BYU and I don't like him now.I now believe he is not even NFL material. I haven't seen but a couple good things out of Beck in 5 games. Henne does 5-6 good things a game and he's cool and composed under pressure. Beck was a wasted pick and if we can get anything out of him now we have to take it. He was given practice time this week to show off his skills in the game so we could broker some kind of deal. He blew it and he probably screwed the dolphins getting any kind of compensation in a trade. Nobody is to blame but Beck himself.

Beck was most likely played to see if he could go one game without getting nervous and fumbling. It did not happen (he fumbled), so what do you think will happen now?

Beck has no poise, fumbles way too much and can't handle any kind of rush, that's why he gets ripped. You sound way to bitter, did Beck give you his autograph?
