Once again, you're wrong. The Texans' offense was ranked in the NFL's top ten at the time of the game and their 5-5 record was misleading. They play in the strongest division in all of the NFL and 3 of their 5 wins came outside their division against other AFC teams. They're no high school team. Not even close. Put the Steelers in the AFC South and they'd likely be no better than the Texans' 5-6 record. Try playing the Colts, Jags, and Titans twice each.

The Browns looked good yesterday. It was the first game out of the last three that the offense clicked for all 60 minutes and it was also the first time the defense even showed up. If they continue to play like that, they'll be in the playoffs and a real threat to the VASTLY over-rated Steelers.

And I'll be happy to have been wrong in my guess they'd struggle to hit .500 for the season.

Why is it that only Steelers fans bash the Browns. I don't see any comments from the fans of other teams we've played. It must be because the Steeler fans are scared of the Browns. They should be. We're coming for you. GO BROWNS!!!!

Who is the real Derek Anderson? While he made some good plays Sunday, there were a number of missed throws and we cannot forget the weak showings in the second half against Baltimore & Pittsburgh. As Browns fans, we need to accept that this team is not really as far along was we would like. You cannot measure success by wins-losses, it takes a more careful view to understand that we still have a team that will lose more often than it wins against the better teams in the NFL. I think the time has come to start Brady Quinn and see what he has....

They played Brady Quinn for a chump and stole him away from Miami, and now they brag because they play in front of 15,000 fans who wear dopey dog masks, and win games with no def. and scared off.
What a crock that the chumps from Clev. think they are in the big time now. It is a fluke, people, and just like your Indians, will fade. Remember what your hero James did against Tim Duncun. Can anyone say "SWEEP"?

I think it's time for you to put down the crack pipe. Every QB misses throws, and I'm not saying that DA is the end-all be-all, but he has shown enough that we need to keep him on this team. Quinn can keep his @ss on the bench for now.

Have you looked at DA's numbers? JC he hasn't even started a complete season yet and looks what he's done.

IF IT AIN'T BROKE DON'T FIX IT!

Two things. One, The Texans were 5-5 playing in what is probably the hardest conference in the NFL right now. Second, please explain exactly how Cleveland stole Quinn from Miami. If I am not mistaken Cleveland picked at 3rd overall and took Joe Thomas. Miami then picked at 9th overall and took Ted Ginn Jr. Cleveland than traded for 22nd overall with Dallas and took Quinn. Looks to me like Miami passed on Quinn and Cleveland took him later.

Daily Horoscope for December 23

Virgo

Words are flying around in all directions today, and the conversations will be fast and furious. You might face a lot of distractions and interruptions, or you could get caught up in some rather irritable slanging matches with a certain person. The busier you are, the more fraught you'll become and the more likely to go off the deep end.
