Locker will probably be available at #15, but Miami even if the want to select him, will probably trade down as he will most likely be available late in the first round. And reports are Miami likes Kaepernick. And if Miami trades down they could use the first round pick on OL. It doesn't matter how good your QB is if the line cannot keep him out. And Miami might be in the market for 3 QBs. Thigpen might leave, pennington should retire, and henne is probably no more than a backup.
