Coach Tressel is the best part of osu football. This man is a stand up guy, leader and quality person that we are lucky to have.Sure it would be nice if osu always won but that's not what happens. This man sets a great example and i am proud of the way he runs the football program.Let's stop bitching about every decision and look at the bigger picture.OSU has performed well under the coahes leadership.END OF STORY!!!

You're totally right. He's good and over all does a fine job. OSU has had worse in the past.

I see a poll to grade the team... how about a poll to grade the coaching staff? Players answered the call. Coaches made all the wrong ones. Sometimes that happens. I just wish it didn't happen when a THIRD GRADER could make the RIGHT ONES. I'm not talking "hindsight" calls like "maybe we should have tried for the touchdown on 4th and goal" or even "maybe we should kick a field goal to go up by 8 late in the game instead of playing field position." I'm talking, "Hey, maybe we should go to the locker room with a lead at halftime deep in our own territory with less than a minute to go and the other team has no timeouts to stop the clock" type decisions.

Today I have missed emotions. I have read the Winner's Manual and have a lot of respect for what Tress is teaching these young men about life and how he is running the program. BUT, damn! We really need to win one of these big games. Maybe some of the pinheads are right, at least maybe a new OC and get Tress back to managing strategically, not tactically.

Congrats to USC. It was a hard fought, clean game and both sides carried themselves with class.
