Even some QBs say NFL protects them too much
Brett Favre certainly appreciates the NFL's concern for his safety. Still, even he thinks the league and its officials sometimes go too far to protect quarterbacks.

Why does the writer here put the factual quotes from Favre in his article, but then distort them in his headline? What QB said the 'NFL protects them too much'? I didn't see that anywhere in the article. I didn't come to that conclusion reading Farve's or Flacco's statements. Joe Cool is backing up Ray Rays statement & needn't be considered. He plays for the dirtiest team in the NFL & I hope his words don't come back to haunt him. There's no need to make things up & distort what a player says. This writer is an idiot & breaks every rule of journalism.
