I'm really happy about the win, but after takinga 24-6 lead it shouldn't have been that hard. My concern is letting up scores just before the half and at the end of he game. Mangini should have gone for a first doen to end it in 4th Qtr on third and two. Spead the formation move the pocket & have Farve go down if receiver covered. Clock wil still run & if successful, game over. Also no way we should call timeout before Pats last play in reg. time. That's a huge gift to the offense & allows them to game plan. Unless your D is not ready, don't do it "just to make sure." The tradeoff's not worth it. Lasty, concerned that Pace is too slow to cover receivers.

After seeing the results of the poll I realize that many people have no clue about football. This team lacks discipline and that is a direct result of poor coaching. Also, the prevent defense when you are on your own side of the field simple just doesn't work. When is the defensive coordinator going to get this fact? As for the offense, they did a nice job and the special teams did all anyone can ask for in such a meaningful game. The coaching is hurting. This team seems to kick itself in the foot constantly down the stretch. If it wasn't for the offense and Favre's abilities, this team would be the same ole Jets. The Jets need coaching that has a clue. It seemed that Bill B. adjusted his team well to the Jets in the second half, but unfortunately, the Jets coaches didn't do the same. They looked great in the first half, but once the other team made changes, the Jets simple didn't adjust. That my friends is all about the coaching.
