Huzinger and co. have fired every one on the offense accept who is really to blame... Daunte Culfumbler!

Why did the whole offensive line have to pay for his stupidity? Why does Olindo have to leave? Why Why Why?

Without a winning QB, noone takes the field with any confidence.

Daunte Culfumbler was the real cancer on the team all along and will be next year if he is still here.

Minnesota realized this and that's why they FINALLY got rid of him for a mere 2nd round pick.

Another 2 days and they would have cut him.

Why are we making the same mistakes MN made for so many years? Cut the cancer at the root. Don't kill the whole body when the location of the cancer was obvious before the cancer arrived.

81 fumbles in 85 games??? Come On! Wake up owners and coaches... Wake Up!

I don't think I'll ever understand Jay Feely for Olindo Mare...

The NFL moves the kickoff back - and Mare still gets touchbacks. Field Position mean anything!?!

Mr Mare is one of my favorite Dolphins. I have no confidence in Feely. They should release Olindo, he has always been square with them.

It wouldn't surprise me to see them use Mare for kickoffs and Feeley for Field Goals.

Yeah; except when the FG counted. I saw plenty of out of square FG try in great weather too...I say hold on to him until all potential offers run out. Why make it easy for him when he made life difficult in recent years. Who cares about the touchbacks. That is so overrated.

In a perfect world they would trade Feely for a 6th round pick and keep Olindo.

yet u fail to mention 39 touchdowns and 11 interceptions in 04 with moss out half the season....ur input would be great if culpepper was actually healthy and played but since he really wasnt either he doesnt need to be blamed...and if u do that we take away a veteran that can help us when we need to groom a young qb

I've had that thought too. But is it worth that kind of cap space for a guy just to kick off, despite the touchbacks? Maybe if he agrees to re-structure. I say keep him for now, and let's see what the preseason brings. Maybe some other kicker will get hurt and that team will then be willing to pony up a draft pick for next year. This rebuilding process is going to take some time, and next year's draft will be just as important as this year's. So an 08 pick might be had id the Dolphins are patient here

Its all Culpepper's fault huh? Jay Fiedler, trading a second rounder for AJ Feely, Joey Harrington, letting Damon Huard go (who had a great year last yr), no offensive line the past 5 yrs and a guy name Rick Speilman making all the moves has nothing to do with it huh?

In '04 the guy was the NFL's MVP if Peyton didn't break Marino's record, and now you're saying Minnesota made a mistake having him all those years. Minnesota was always top 5 in offense when Culpepper was at the helm, with or without Moss. However just like the Colts, they had a horrific defense. If he sucks this year at 100 percent, then we can crucify him. Until then stop crying and get your "Facts" straight.

Well when the NFL starts counting touchbacks as points then we will miss him. The only thing he can make consistantly is excuses.

With $6M tied up in Cpep and no chance of trading him Cam has to see what he's got.

If he is healthy this season and returns to pro bowl form we have lost nothing. If he doesn't he'll be gone. In business you'd call him a sunk cost. The damage was done when saban gave a 2nd for him last year. At the time most of us thought it was a great deal. Cpep can not read defenses and he can't he make hot reads - if he can't run he becomes Mr Sackpepper.

BTW most of us thought it was a great deal last year when we got a 3 time pro bowl QB for a second but most of you thought getting a 2nd and 7th for an average slot receiver was lousy - go figure.

just stop talking bout it... mare had off year he kicked 6 50+ yards. i say we keep olindo and get rid of feely, who cares if he wants to be a dolphin. the only reason i would keep feely is because olindo is turning into oldindo. and the daunte stuff is just stupid. wait till the season to criticsize him. seriously the guy was probably the best quarterback 2 years ago.. i look forward to a huge dolphin history year

Field position doesn't mean anything if you Don't kick a field goal that can win a game for your team, even if it is off a dirt infield. You get paid to kick field goals no matter what the conditions may be.Oh!by the way Feely did have 12 touchbacks,Olindo had 24,and Feely kicked in windy Giants Stadium.

I'd like to see the dolphins address their offensive line problem by atleast signing 1 good offensive lineman in free agency.

How can anyone solely blame a guy that played 5 games last season for 5 years of ineptitude on offense.
