marinofan...i hear what you're saying about the concerns veteran players may be having. But, the bottom line is that the fins need to build to a championship in a few years. Every veteran on the team should understand that. There really isn't another alternative, so why not bite the bullet right now and get things done right. The fins might catch lightning in a bottle over the next couple years, but they're realistically 2-3 years away from a championship run. Personally, I think Zach and Jason will both still be productive players for the fins in that timespan, so they shouldn't be worried about jumping ship. We could definitely have a functional offense in 2 years to pair with a defense that can already win championships in my mind. And, as a fan who watched Dan Marino's whole career hoping he'd one day get a championship with the fins, you can't try to please a player at the sacrifice of the team no matter how great a player they are.

And it just ain't exactly clear. All these roster changes are starting to look like an overthrow of the previous regime--AKA Nick Saban. It will take us-fans, management, and ownership-at least half of next season to know if Mueller & Cameron really know what they are doing, but I'm willing to go along for the ride. Was Nick really that ignorant of NFL personnel? A 10-6 season this year will answer that question.

Bottom line we need to, I would even say, lets stockpile the picks for 2008, we can not turn things around in one year anyways.

We are hamstrung by the limitation that we have (salary cap room). A few players will not cut it, just wait for a better opportunity in 2008, no need to rush and waste moves.

Major clean house was my initial plan back in 2005, but I had no cojones to do it because my wife has her hands around them too tight. Therefore, I had to leave South Florida in a hurry before she will leave me for another man. You can call that I'm a WOOSH afterall.

Someone seriously traded for this guy? He's over the hill and was about to be cut anyway. Hmm, think Olindo Mare and Joey Harrington are about to be traded too???

Just my Opinion. Trade JT. His value right now is as high as it will ever be, and he's already talked about retirement and trying to get into acting. You could get a 1st and 2nd rounder from a contender like Dallas, Philly, San Diego, etc. He won't be here when this team wins the Super bowl next, why waste his time and talent for nothing?

I really don't think that Cam+Mueller believe that trading expensive+old for draft picks translates to losing football.I think they plan on infusing some youth into the mix of vets and winning games.
Keep it up guys.

Yes actually i am a tourist from time to time. Every year i put money into your economy, when i come over and cheer on my favourite team in professional sport.
Perhaps you'd like the Dolphins to go play in Japan where there won't be anywhere near the support they will have in London. Don't blame us pal. The owners voted yes and it wasn't just Wayne, it was all of them that had a say in this thing.
Soccers crap, i can't stand it, your game is much better! Friends again?
