The Ravens fans may hate the Colts but do you think the players gauge their play on the fans? Are you that naive? They come to play a game no matter where they play. They are professionals.
Nobody said the Pats wore them down. They said the Ravens basically had the life ripped out of them because of the way they handed the Pats that game. They went out there and played the game of their lives - their best game all season and then they handed it back to the Pats.
No touchdowns, yes, you are correct......had nothing to do with the cold. Let's see, there was almost a foot of snow overnight which changed to sleet and freezing rain while the game was being played with whipping winds of 25-30 miles an hour. That's why there were no passing TDs. However Maroney ran for over 100 yds when they needed to revert to a running game. And when they were in scoring postion from the 1 yd line, they ran it in because that's what you do. He could have passed on 1st and goal to get closer to the record....but he didn't. Because the record means nothing to him.
Yes, a few fans disrupted the game by throwing snowballs. So that is representative of all the fans. Indy has the best fans in the world and I am sure everybody is always on their best behavior in the dome. So it's key you brought this up. It just makes your inane points so much more inane.
You're a piece of work. Your hatred of the Pats runs so deep you condemn a whole section of the country and it's people. It's only a game. When it's all said and done it means nothing. However you are too twisted to realize there's more to life.......if winning means that much to you I hope the Colts take it all. This way you can be happy with their success and what it will bring to your meager existence.
You're getting awfully worked up there. It's only a game, remember?

Good point.:)

Not getting totally worked up, but Maxx is indeed a tool. His glasses are so BLUE it's disgusting.

If you make a valid point to me about something negative regarding the Pats, I don't deny it. If it's true, it's true. However all Maxx can do is sing and praise the Colts and then put down stuff about the Pats that is just ridiculous. He's a homer and there's no in-between. Not an intelligent fan of the game.

I guess I should just let it go.....at least there are a bunch of you that you can have a good football conversation with and make some points.....again, he's not one of them.....

Oh, and I don't appreciate a person condemning a whole section of the coutry based on a few fans throwing snowballs. These aren't the first comments he's made about people from Boston, etc. What would he know anyway.

Look at you, yes, you are a Colts fan, I imagine you were raised in Indiana or lived there for some period of time? There has to be a reason you are living in the Northeast now, whether it be work or retirement or whatever. That being said I can't imagine you hate it here or else you would leave.

I just can't see taking it from a game to putting down the people who live in that section of the country.

First it was the Colts could not win a playoff game. Then it was they could not beat New England. Now it's "they need to win three" How many teams in the NFL will kill to have the success that the Colts have had since Peyton and co have been here? Every single one of them except one. I think that's a heck of a accomplishment in itself. Especially when you consider where this team came from in the early 90's. 1-15 seasons, having the 1st and 2nd draft picks in the same draft and them doing nothing for you. Losing season after losing season and now people complain that they don't have more SB rings? SHUT THE FUCK UP! You don't know jack about football or how hard it is to have one winning season let alone multiple. What the Colts have done is nothing short of amazing.
Well said, if the Colts were so inferrior why does everyone who they have faced in the recent years, draft/recruit just to beat them. I'm talking about the broncos, chiefs, titans, texans and the jags and now the high flying pats, Just to mention a few. They are still the best or why would everyone covet what they are doing.

Sounds like you got worked up to me. And I find it funny how most fans get worked up, just like you, about it.
So, if you don't like what I have to say. Then, skip over it. No one makes you read or respond to my posts.
So, relax and switch to decaf.

Probably should switch to decaf.

If I was worked up, I would be ranting, which I am not doing. At least my posts have some substance and can give appreciation to the Colts as a team, as well as their fans.

Here's your post from another forum:

"From what I read. Brady didn't score any passing touchdowns for the first time this season.
And the game had to be stopped briefly because of Pats fans throwing snowballs on the field and towards the Jets players.
Real class act those Pats fans. "

It wasn't a forum about anything to do with the Pats or their fans. So why do you have to degrade our team and our fans? Notice in that forum I didn't even bother responding to that post.....

The Colts put up so I shut up, but I still don't like the sweetheart deal Irsay got on the stadium which btw is already so obsolete we'll never get a SB in it.

I LOVE this stuff! "They are still the best" Last year they were the best, period. But still the best?!!? What's the criteria? Total SBs? Recent SBs? Current record? Current head to head record? Seriously, the best? I'm looking forward to this....By the way I didn't write the comment but the Colts clearly aren't inferior, they're one of the best in the league. if they're inferior, it's to the Pats. And they are, its in the numbers. 3 SB to 1, current record 14-0 to 12-2 with a a Pats win over the Colts this year in Indy. When and if the Colts visit the Pats again this year that could start to shift. But for now, the Best? Common, do you really believe that?

The Pats have been cheating for years. It goes back to a game at the Dome a few years ago, when a injury was faked, in order to stop the clock, then the "injured" player comes on the field the and stops Edgerrin James at the goal line. I was there. My seats are at that end of the field. I saw the NE coaches yelling and pointing to the guy to hit the ground to stop the clock. The videotaping incident is just the latest. Pats have been cheating for years.
Cheaters for a long time - That's your handle here? Your handle on an Indy paper's forum is "Cheaters for a long time". OMG what a bitter little man. Good luck with that. 3 SBs to 1 must really hurt, well take solace in the "morality" play of that's takes some of the hurt away

Actually I am a 14 year old girl. And I'm not bitter. I saw the Patriots cheat in the game I was at a few years ago. It's sad that people in our world cheat like that.

I am proud of Coach Dungy and the Colts for doing things the right way.

Go Colts!

It feels a lot better being the reigning World Champions than someone with a 3 year-old trophy. Trust me.

i was at that game also. i sat behind the pats bench and cheered them on the whole game. it was great seeing the sad faces on all the colts fans after the game. it was even better seeing your faces after the game this year
I guess you didn't have near as much fun watching the happy faces of the Colts fans after the Colts beat the Pats and won the AFCC and SB last year, huh?

It must really sting knowing the Colts are the reigning World Champions, not the Pats.
