The Problem with the lions is not coaching and general managers. You have to look where the buck stops and that is the Fords.

Artose needed a chance to have enough carries to make a difference and the Vikings were smart enough to capitalize on his toughness and hard running style. This is something that Tice couldn't do in the years that he was there.
