is Marinelli off to a rocky start? I think instead he's setting the boundaries. As a good leader and manager, you set goals, boundaries and standards and hold people accountable. It's been reported JH came in with a bad tude at QB school. It was reported that HC and OC sit down with JH and determined it was best to part ways. That's what has been published, and if nothing else, the HC has put his foot down. Another point, giving DC Donnie Henderson the flexibility to be stout on D and with the players. Case in point SRog-stare down, and jumping on Bly for taking short-cuts in practice. I think Rod is not off to a rocky start, rather he's setting a precidence.
