As an Eagles fan all I can say is Congrats to
the NY Giants!

You guys did the impossible and shut down the Pats.
You D was stellar. Manning proved me wrong. I thought he would choke, but kicked a$$ in the 2 minute drill when it was needed.

you are a goof, at least for now they are the best team in the nfl... I want to say one thing, I am not a giants fan... My brother is. I truly thought they had a chance. Just like when they beat the cowboys it was 2 teams heading in different directions. the giants looked better and better each week. Even the the pats bounced back a little in the playoffs they looed pretty bad at the end of the season... This is just like the time they beat buffalo . No one thoyght they had a chance. Everyone talked about the Giants like they didnt deserve to be there. They proved then and now you get there anything can happen.. Alot of similarities in this supper bowl and that 1. There was a bush in office then and now. They were double digit underdogs in both, we were in a war in Iraq in both, And the giants played a ball control , good defense limited mistake game. I loved that game almost like I was a giant fan... I heard an interview with Moss on 1230 am before the game. He said he would stay in New England for less money since Mr Kraft was so good to him and had brought him and He got ring... I hope he meant a wedding ring because he came up short on the bowl a few hours later...

Only Gary Blockus got it right-- and Plaxico Burress!! Plax said the Pat's would only score 17, but the Giants Defense didn't give them even that. Thanks for the great coverage on Big Blue-- now Gordie needs to look for a pro football team to root for (with his buddy mcCRAP)....

Congratulations to the Giants. Eli Manning was the whipping boy of Giants fans all through the season but he proved them wrong!

It was a boring game for the most part. One quarterback got very lucky and telegraphed every pass he threw and the other was scared because he's afraid of getting hit because it could damage his modelling career.

Overall it was good to see the cheaters lose. Pretty sad when you need to cheat against the Jets.

Gotta love the haters. Lucky or not, he came out with he BIG W and this will be the game we will still talk about in our 70s. Manning bros are great guys. Eli always got the short end of the stick. Glad to see he pulled this out along with the rest of the team! Congtrats to NY. Thanks for bringing it back to the NFC!

Daily Horoscope for December 8

Taurus

This is another day in which you should be monitoring the progress you've made so far with the festivities and deciding what has still to be done. You're operating very efficiently right now but you'll be even more effective if you can plan your time carefully, write lists of what you must buy or make, and be realistic about your capabilities. But don't expect to work miracles.
