Daniel Snyder is boiling mad and Jim Zorn is on the hotseat.
One more loss and Zorn sees the axe fall.
Playoff hopes are out the window.

I don't see how a Coach can get respect from his team when the team knows he's been barred from calling plays.

But then again, maybe respect from the team is the last thing owners are worried about. That's probably lost already.

I have been a fan of this team for far more years that I wish to admit, however, it is time to be truthful. The Washington Redskins are a joke, I watched the last game and when the TV camara showed the bench in the third and fourth quarter I have seen more excitment in a Doctors waiting room. The Redskins are a team with little if any thought and effort placed on a complete team with both lines having more holes than Swiss Cheese. If the Eagles beat the Redskins, I dought if Zorn will last the bye week. The sad thing is that the one who should go first is Vinnie Soranino and most of the front office staff. It is painfully obvious that the Skins have both a coach and Quaterback that the owner does not want and poor ownership and team management has placed the Skins in such a cap problem that they will be hard pressed to make the many changes over the off season that are needed. Dan Snyder needs to sell the Redskins and join a Fantacy league where a couple of good skills players are enough to win. It is obvious that Snyder is almost as bad as Al Davis and he is not near as old with any of the early life winning credentials. It is actually sad to see this organization come to the complete dysfunctional state that it has become.
