This story is absolutely nuts---let me rephrase, Baker is absolutely nuts. He has taken such strides and amounts of time to sue Middleton over this issue but he was never respondent to the issue when it started in the first place.

Sometimes bad things happen to people. Life is not perfect 100% of the time. These 'natural' things that unexpectedly happen in life do not always necessitate a lawsuit.

Baker is such a loser.

For a guy who plays a Rich Man's Game, you seem to be burying yourself alive to prove you can handle a shovel.

I think this is a very silly idea for Jason Baker to sue on this factor. In 30 years he will be sitting in his Maluibu mantion saying how stupid it was for him to sue over this.
I think Helan did the correct thing by just giving the cats food & water & nurturing for them. She didn't let them sleep in her house or room there so they are not rightfully hers so she did not own them.
No one would pry open there neighbors crawl space to put stray cats in, they would take them to an animal shelter.

Everyone keeps forgetting that these "super kitties" were not resposible for originally entering the crawl space. The bent vent came from raccoons. After the raccoons left, then the mother kitten made it her home to have her kitties there. This cat had already had her kittens under the porch before Helen tried to trap them. And she actually fed them from her back door. Where she had food in a cage in her backyard to trap the animals. When, that did not work, she asked the neighbor if she could trap them closer to their house, where the roomate okay'd her to try.(Now, keep in mind, Jason Baker is now trying to go after the workers who helped Helen get the kitties out of the crawl space saying that they are guilty of extortion. He is also threating to go after Helen for slander now, and her sister for tresspassing because Helen's sister got permission to go onto the property from his roomate and not him. This guy is trying to sue anybody. He is a cheap wad, and should be thanking Helen for trying to help with his "invasion of the kitties" problem

David in N.C. Don't hold your breath about Jason going to court only once this year. It is only March.
Jason also wanted to tack onto that $2,000.00; $1,000.00 for transportation and counseling for his out-of town [N.C., perhaps?] lawyer;$75.00 filing fee:and $165.00 for the channel 13 tape. which the judge denied. Greed? Pathetic?. You name it!
