Ok, I'll be the first brave enough to admit when I saw this headline, I thought "You can't be serious, animals are suing humans now?" LOL

I don't know anyone involved, I do know a good scam when I see it, could we make it a class action suit, and get me some money?

Don't hurt the cats, Jason. They"ll jail you faster for that, than if you hurt another human.

I have fed feral cats myself from time to time. So now that makes one a bad person? OMG...contributing to the deliquency of a feral feline!
Too bad the big, bad man football player can't stand up to a pussycat. Woos. Throw some moth balls into your crawl.

That woman should pay for her cats scrathing his tree. What the hell was she thinking letting those cats do something so damaging. If I was that guy, I would get a restraining order on that cat and make that woman glue my tree bark back together.

Hmmm wonder who I could sue for what. You've got to be kidding!!! I needed a laugh for today and this sure gave it to me. What a joke. Sueing over something so trivial as this. If this joker wins this case let me know who the judge was cause we've been trying to get money out of a drunk driver that ran over a friend of mine that had his leg cut off and can't get a dime.

Why is this news. I get really aggravated with these lame articles. You know my uncle is a mail man in a neighborhood near Garfield Park, recently he was badley assaulted for no reason by some punk teenagers. Are they in jail no they're harrassing him and my aunt. That story was never in the paper but we have a story about cats. Guess you don't make the news unless your in Hamilton County.

With people such as Jason Baker on the team, I see why the Panthers had such a rotten year. What a loser.

...by feeding a wild/feral cat or cats, this attracted them to return over and over, in effect making them "hers"...she was caring for them...providing food, water and shelter. Therefore, they are her property and her property damaged the house. She pays. Clear cut. She, as well as many of you, have let the fact the guy is a "big, rough and tough football player" cloud your judgement. You chose to make your comments here, while she chose to ignore him and the property damage he pets causedd to the house. It sucks, as I'm sure she was simply trying to be kind-hearted and provide sustenance to God's creatures. However, she is liable for the damage due to her taking ownership by providing food, water and shelter to them.
