I live in Houston, and unfortunately the Texans are still be haunted by poor front office decisions. Certain teams in the NFL never do well despite playing in a league that has been structured for parity.

The only reason I can determine for the continued failure by some teams, such as, the Cardinals, Lions, Browns, and Texans has to do with poor hiring decisions made by the owner.

In Houston, Bob McNair is a nice guy with really deep pockets, but has so far shown himself to be an idiot as an owner. Look no further that Hosuton not picking Reggie Bush or Vince Young this past year in the draft.
