Like just about every NFL game it's all about shutting down the running game and forcing McNabb to win with his arm. That's the only way the Ravens have a chance.

He might have come back strong after a loss a couple of years ago but he sure didn't last year when they went 8-8.

<quoted text> Yep your right. This Sunday we are playing one of the best. Not only that, but after last Sunday they have something to prove to themselfs besides also fighting for a play-off spot. Very tough game but as Coach Harbaugh says "we are going to show up". GO RAVENS!
Harbaugh would say that considering the Eagles are on the list of .500 and below. You know, the teams the Ravens can ONLY win against.

The Ravens can win sunday if...
The defence can get pressure up front.
The defence actually TACKLES people!
Flacco needs to go deep on first down a few times.
Avoid so many off sides penaltys.
And quit wearing those girly man looking black tights!!

The spring NFL draft...
The Ravens could use a big time WR.
The Ravens could use a big time CB.
It might be wise to look for a Bubba Smith type DE!! Instead of drafting more oversized linebackers!

I wonder if it upsets the Ravens as much as it does me that the STEELERS have the best defence in the NFL!!

Not to worry, the pathetic Eagles are 5-4-1 so this is a win for the Ravens. If they were 9-1, 10-0 or even 7-3 they would have lost.

Those records sure do sound familiar?

Losers.

He wasn't making excuses he was finding the positives. If that makes him a typical Ravens fan then I take that as a complement b/c I too am a Ravens fan. What about you?

<quoted text> Ah yes the wonderful world of meaningless statistics. Anyone who has seen a Ravens game knows the secondary is far below average. Pennington had 295 yards, J. Russell burned them on several plays and the great Kerry Collins ate them for breakfast to the tune of 65 yards in about a minute thirty. Manning toasted them at will, Rosenfels marched down the field at will etc. The Ravens play ball control is why the statistic is over inflated. If Braylon knew how to catch that game would have been another toasting.
You trash statistics as meaningless then cite some of your own. Sure, they gave up yds against Oak, Mia, and Hou, but how many points did those yds result in? 10, 13, and 13. Those stats matter, your are meaningless.
