I dont see any of these players making the team.Possibly defensive end cause I havent seen much of Daundre Reed and we may need someone behind Robison.Possibly at receiver but I think Burton has the edge if Childs cant make it back.Webbs not going anywhere. They are looking at Adam Theilen as walk on wide receiver so who knows. We know Frazier has the guts to keep the best players so anything can happen.

I think the vikes will luck out and find a more than descent wide out that has been cut by another team in training camp.

Nowadays it seems there are too many good veteran players without homes and teams that need to fill holes can find some help much easier.

I understand the vikes playbook is not too complex and most monkeys can pick it up. Maybe Chad Johnson is the answer. He can run deep and he can catch. He is an idiot but the vikings offense is not rocket science.

"Ocho Cinco" meet "FLASHY" Game on!

]On the contrary. Webb is athletic as anyone on the team he is a good teammate and plays anywhere they ask him. Webb would be a great 3rd down back, receiver playmaker. Vikings have everything we need to takeover the division for the next 5 years if Ponder does his job.

You guys have a monkey of a receiver masquerading as a number one and it won't work. Jordy Nelson as the Packers go to receiver is laughable as us signing Chad Johnson.

Horse shit! If Webb even makes the team it will be funny. He at least better be one hell of a special teams guy. Most 4th and 5th WRs are.

From what others has said - word of mouth. The Packers staff had to dumb down the Packers playbook from the one Favre used, That Aaron couldn't learn it. The Packers playbook hasn't change from the time Aaron took over for that very reason.

When I said Webbs not going anywhere I didnt mean as a reciever..I meant that he'll stay with the team.

Joe webb is an ATH. By keeping him as a WR or punt ret we have no need for a 3rd QB. Therefore we free up 1 roster spot. Its smart football

Webb is on the team CASE CLOSED!! You worry about your downtrodden receiving core and leave Webb to the best offense in our division IF Ponder does what some in this forum says he can do.

Rodgers scored a 35 on the Wonderlic, and the avg. for QBs is 24. His score is in between that of Peyton and Eli and is higher than Brady's. He also scored a 1300 on the SAT.

Favre had a 22 Wonderlic score, and from what others said - word of mouth, struggled to spell Wonderlic.

I find that story to be a story, and I'm not a Pack fan.

Favre was a dumb as a doorknob. Rodgers is a Berkeley grad and hands down the best QB in the NFL. Wherever you got your information never read it again.

Webb is not a Qb not even close, don't need him at RB.
To make it at receiver,he'll have to beat out Burton and a host of 1st year players.
Childs will almost certainly be PUP or practice squad.
Jennings,Patterson,Simson,Wrig ht are locks. They'll carry 5,maybe 6 depending on how other positions shake out.
Emergency Qb's can be had on the waiver wire.
I'm way more comfortable with depth at wr with players who play wr.that doesn't include Webb.Plus he'll probably be home,if ever needed.
And then, come June other teams will start making cuts to include receivers.
A long shot for Webb.

Webb has done everything the coaches ask so to thank him you think they can cut him. No way plus he's one of the best athletes on the team. The man has switched positions to be a good teammate if I'm coach he makes the team.
