I'll be in Baltimore the last game of the season big mouth, just like I am EVERY year the Steelers play the Ravens, and I talk a lot of tough talk at the game with my Big Ben jersey on and in sports bars in Downtown Baltimore after the game, and guess what?
NOTHING has ever happened to me and it NEVER WILL, and I have all my teeth so get a clue you pussi
What a jahckoff. I can't think of a better poster boy for Steelers fans. Thanks for showing your true colors. Big Ben Tough Guy has to hop on a Baltimore newspaper thread to prove his manhood when he has no rooting interest in either team.
Your team has NO CHANCE in New England this week, and won't go far in the playoffs. So save that wet dream of winning the Super Bowl this year for a comforting image of your man love Big Ben dressed in leather chaps taking you for a spin on his motorcycle into the setting sun with your hands gently positioned around his waist.

Sports writers are morons. They want explanations where there aren't any.
No one can explain why one minute an athlete has excellent hand eye coordination, and the next doesn't.
Or has emotion, focus and desire at a pitched level, and another moment doesn't.
Humans aren't machines. They play well some times, poorly others. There is no answer as to why, other than that's the nature of the human condition. You figure this out by the time your 15 years old.
Ravens played a good game. Chips didn't fall their way, but so what. They tried, and it was an honest effort.

Here's something to think about. The Ravens-Pats game had the highest ratings of any cable TV show...ever.
Guess what network carries the final Patriots game of the season when they could be going for 15-0??? Yes, you got it right, the NFL Network. I imagine that a game where the Patriots are going for the record would beat the Monday night game and be the record holder. Now if the Patriots were to lose before then they would be playing backup players and the ratings would suck for that game. What do you think the NFL wants to happen?

The Ravens played a great game. No one play caused them to lose. We lost because 1) The offense went 3-and-out on 3 different drives late in the game 2) Rex Ryan stopped blitzing on the last drive for some reason (I like Rex but I saw what I saw) and 3) We just could not catch a break (two 4th down stops were negated). I will only say this about the holding call...if Ravens are playing in NE, driving for the winning score and NE player makes same play, no way ref calls holding. To the NE fans on here complaining about everything (Pats cheating, Ravens players, Yankees, the weather, their tight underwear, etc)-- Get over yourselves. Just enjoy the fact that you have a very good team now that finds ways to win games (and SB's). Why does everyone have to say that you are the best? And you don't cheat? And your coach is a swell guy? And your players are the classist, most wonderful, nicest smelling, gentlemen in the league?

I just watched the replay of the end of the game on NFL Network. I have never seen a bunch of whiney, complainin' little GIRLS - that's right, I wouldn't even call them boy - they are a bunch of classless losers. Scott, Wilcox, McAllister, the whole bunch of them. Not only that - they were dead wrong about their complaints as the replay certainly showed.
Oh, not to mention what their own team did to them, interceptions, time outs.
What a bunch of fairies!

Does anyone think - even a second - the Ravens players would get away with all their nonsense if Belicheck, not Billick, was the coach? If Belicheck was the coach you guys would have one the game? Boller would't have gone for the TD late in the 4th, the assistant would never have called timeout and Ray Lewis and posse would keep their pie holes shut. You guys need to clean house in beautiful Baltimore. Congrats on a terrific game. You had the Pats beat.

What are you trying to say?? Refs generally favor the home team because they fear their ride home and their livelihood. So why would the location matter. Don't get so hung up on the plays that concern you, because you forget about the 2 td passes that the Pats dropped. And again, we are enjoying it. Its the national media and Vegas that blows the greatness out of proportion. Its one game out of sixteen for the Pats. Greatness will be achieved should they go 19-0.

McAlister and Rolle's comments represent everything that is wrong with the Ravens and with many young people in America.
#1 - blame others for your own failures (we lost = the refs blew it)
#2 - Not taking responsibilty for your own actions (you held = penalty)
True role models!
