OK...For all of you pole smokers who think USC would hang with (much less beat) Florida...consider the following..(Even Matt should understand the SOS ranking...)

Florida/Oklahoma Comparison:

pts per game FL #2 @45.2 OK #14 @37.5

Pts allowed FL 12.8 OK 7.8

turnover margin FL #2 22 OK #26 13

Strength of Schedule FL #3 OK #67

As I said...the numbers and stregth of opponents don't lie...

Quit being Haters!!! Admit it...the Gators are the best team in football...yes, over the past 25 years, not just since Meyer.

(And the best in basketball over the past 10)...

It's great to be a GATOR...See you after the game tomorrow night dreamers...

Hey SWAMPGizzard, gonna take me up on my bet ?? After Tebow leaves and Urban Meyer accepts his dream job at Notre Dame (he said it on radio), Florida will return to their mediocrity that we have experienced for last 90 years !

Hey Swamp, we love hearing from YOU ! Any team who loses consistently to Michigan-twice in the last five years holds real credibility in my eyes ! Remember-don't schedule Appalachian State on opening day !! OVER RATED !!

Dummy-get your facts straight. The Gators HAD NEVER won the SEC until 1993. Your a Gator-should know your numbers !! Come on idiot ! THEN they (the SEC) took the Crown AWAY from them for some illegitimate crap. So, since you are obviously a UF Grad: what is 2006-1993=15. So for the last 15 years they have been a respectable team. Charley Pell made them respectable and Steve Spurrier took them to their 1st Championship game and set a National Loss spread losing to Nebraska 63-24. You seem to like numbers, but don't even know your own program ! I know florida football better than you do you freakin moron !

You'd trade places with us in a minute and you know it.

Michigan twice?? I only recall playing them once.

By the way...I have the utmost respect for Michigan and their team...been to a couple of games there. They will be back in 2 years owning the big 10....you wait and see.

I love hearing opinions from you guys!! Funny. Simply put...Florida has a MUCH better defense than Oklahoma...even you monkeys will agree to that. Secondly...Florida's offense is better that the Sooners (you will learn this after the game tomorrow).
And Bubba...I'll get right back to you with some statistics to mull over - Let's not forget you lost to OREGON STATE for crying out loud!!!!!! USC is good but probably 3rd.
Matt...the big 10 went 1-6...you're not allowed to comment anymore.

Swampy did you even read what I posted? Secondly I don't care if the big 10 went 1-6 did i predict any of them to win? I didn't even predict iowa to win. Go back and read that...however it doesn't Matter can bradford handle the pressure is my question. If he can Florida is in trouble because Oklahoma's offense is better than anything in the SEC.

Wow you forgot you lost to them twice I watched and have both games on tape, would you like a copy? Yes you lost to Michigan twice in the past 10 years lol and what's funniest about it is that's the only two times you've played them. not to mention losing to Michigan St and to Iowa (1-1 against them). LOL

He's a freakin Gator douche bag Matt. They are NOT all that way. And since I live in florida and have for the last 30 years (except for my summers and early falls at the Buckeye Ocean) I know how much they stink. He doesn't know Gator football.

oklahome is terrible and it comes from a terrible conference. When OU beats Florida, whats that going to say about florida? The SEC , as it turns out, is also terrible.

i hope its and ugly, sloppy gam and thr AP votes Utah #1

I'm with you Trojan man. People who do not follow SC may think they are overrated. I had not followed them since late last season-they destroyed Arizona State. Then I saw them play twice this year against the Bucks and Penn State-as well as Oregon State. They are loaded-4 deep in all spots from all parts of the country. They would destroy Florida. Speed, size and athleticism. USC should be in the BCS Cahmpionship game-no doubt. It is a damn shame !

Who can argue with the Pac 10 5-0 in bowl games? that's far from overrated.

I think I hate Florida much more than USC. USC when they win they are what you call classy victors and never speak ill of their opponent (at least on camera). Florida comments 2-3 years later (Miami too).

SC has true NFL talent all around and coach Carroll is an amazing coach. Matt Cassle, with the patriots, didn't start at SC and look where he is at.
The only chance for Florida is that ugly spread offense, which does not work against SC. SC's complicated offense would shred that lame tator defense apart.
Some clowns here are talking about emanuel moody, and SC transfer, taking shhht. This is a guy who left because he was on the bench, not good enough to play at SC. He then obviously enrolls at a program where he belives he can start. That speak volumes.
Tator fans, don't believe the hype- SC IS college football and it will continue to be as long as uncle pete runs the show.
They already have the #1 pro-rated QB coming next year. The talent just keeps rolling in from all over the country. And if when the talent gets there they can't hang/ not good enough... well they transfer to florida..

fight on

The entire central coast is paradise. it's always a beach day around here.
I grew up in SB and have some deep roots here. I've been lucky to travel the world and I can honestly say there is no other place in the world I'd rather be.
Hope you come back soon and visit SB, you sound like a good man.
I was rooting for the bucks, but texas got a few late x-mas gifts and mack brown, the most overrated coach in football, got lucky again.

God bless and fight on.

Hey there OSU improved a bit since the USC game but if Tressel doesn't hire new offensive play callers it'll be just as ugly. I hope no though and they need to freakin let Pryor Pass the ball i'm tired of this one dimension nonsense. And yes I agree they'd destroy Florida.
