We drove a team-operation truck for Jamal Lewis at his trucking company - All American Xpress based out of Atlanta, GA. He went out of business still owing us about $5,000.00. We are everyday working people. He promised us face-to-face that we would be paid. He just needed us to keep running his freight. We gave up when he was 3 weeks behind on payroll. He deducted child support payments and medical insurance that were never paid. This man is a despicable person. Stealing wages from employees simply shouldn't be tolerated. We are still trying to catch up on child support and our everyday expenses. We have no medical insurance. We filed claims with the Georgia State division of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court before his hearing, but, we have heard from them only to say that his filing was approved. Although, a contingency was attached for a payment to the Adairsville, GA AAX payroll office, we have never received anything. To Regents Bank: His uncle was at the Lakeland, FL AAX yard about the first week of June, 2011, and hooked up to that boat to haul it back to Atlanta, GA. We were there and spoke with him and watched him leave with it. If you recover it, please, could we have a few bucks to send the Child Support folks???
