I hate to see the COLTS lose more players I wish they would stay because the COLTS will definately go back to the Super Bowl. We always find better when players leave take a hint fm E. James he should have stayed but then...They should just wait. On the other hand the TITANS pick up our players "I" think is they figure that if they get them they can share Colt players strengths and weaknesses at different positions. But again you have to play the COLTS and not just Manning and ADDAI along with those other "unknowns" Clark, Harrison (YES), Wayne and some "new guy" (Gonzo), Not to mention Saturday, Ugoh... y'all git mah mean'n.
NAH, I think the Patriots will be going for the next few years.. they have Randy Moss which proved to be enough the last time the two teams played.. the colts will have another divisional round exit to San Diego... SD is more talented then Indy and has their #... what a shame... I love how the Titans take all ur players btw it's pretty funny.. the Jets have been doing the same thing to the pats tho so you shouldn't complain..

divisional oppenents love taking players from the "best" team in the division.. I don't see the colts winning their division next year tho, I think the Jags and Titans have nearly caught up.. and the texans will be competitive with Schaub..( the colts lucked out this year and got to play them w/o schaub or Andre Johnson)..

It doesn't matter. You see what Peyton does to guys when he faces them the year after. Ask Nick Harper.

Polian will work his magic in the draft with all those extra middle round picks we get from last year's free agent losses. There are some Ed Johnson's and Jake Scott out there, we don't know there names yet !

Other than the help that Moss gave the pats last year, what other free agent has been worth their money (maybe Vinatieri)????

well obviously the reason the titans pick up colts players, is that the colts do raise good young players, and once their cheap short contract is lived up, they let them go to afford other players, and the titans are out to build a well rounded team, and they are doing so, cannot wait to see the season come to play

What a disappointment. Once again players have no class when they talk with teams within the same conference.
Broom them both and make'em pay when they meet the Colts in regular season.
Colts to SB43!!!!
So if your employer fired you, you wouldn't take your skillset to whomever it took to get a job even if it meant applying with a previous competitor.

Maybe that works in NC, not in this Indiana economy.

Both players are quality guys as were Morris and McFarland. But if you do not understand the spot that Polian is in every year, then shut up. He plays the system like a master and has yet to make a major mistake (unlike Bird) in this salary cap erra. He must let guys go almost evry year. He and Coach make the uneasy decisions about which players they "must keep" and the players that they will need to cut or waive.

Is there any player that the Colts signed during the past 3 months that you would give up to keep Josh Thomas and Jake Scott? Thought so.

(COLTS FAN)You can say that Titans are picking up Colts "scraps" but as time goes on it's getting harder and harder to beat the Titans. Coach Fisher (Titans Coach) knows what he's doing. It won't be too long before Titans will be up there in Super Bowl contention. They have made a lot of smart moves. Look at Patriots, they have taken all sorts of "scraps" from other teams and they have systematically kicked some major butt in the NFL. Tell me a team who doesn't try to pick up good teams free agent. That's why so many Super Bowl teams end up being an 8-8 team the following year. Those are tough decisions that each organization have to make, what they can and can't live with for the upcoming season... just an observation

As a Titans fan, I would like to say how much respect that I have for the Colts. The fact that the Colts have been able to remain at the top of the NFL for so long in the current salary cap environment is a testament to the ownership and management of the team. Polian has been able to continually replace free agents with draft picks, particularly low round draft picks due to the Colts success. Unfortunately for the Titans, when Floyd Reese was GM he couldn't find his way around a draft room, much less run one. Which is one of the reasons the Titans have had to rely on free agents more than the Colts. The AFC South is the premier division top to bottom in the NFL. Plus, it's hard to root against a guy like Tony Dungy.

I don't blame these players for following the money! Because it's such a physical sport and careers are just one play away from being cut short, these guys have to get it while they can! Because they've played for a winner, their marketability is at it's highest point! It would be dumb of them to turn down the millions of dollars that are spent trying to lure them away! Loyalty is important, but remember, this is a business, and the Colts wouldn't hesitate to cut them loose if it were in the teams best interest! After all, these guys have already achieved their goal of a SB ring and must now think of their and their families future! While I'm sad to see them go and appreciate all they've done for my beloved team, I wish them well in the future!

Looks like the Colts Dynasty is just about DONE. The end is near. At least they got a SB ring out of it while it lasted.

Some people just don't get it. The colts had the chance to sign any one of these guys. They chose to let them see what they are worth in free agancy. How can anybody question what Polian has accomplished? The man is a football God. The Colts will be as strong as they have ever been. Too bad to all those hopeful Titan Fans. Remember these are players the Colts don't want anymore. Titans ought to be looking for a decent quarteback instead of O line and backup DE.

The main reason the titans will never get there and choke again is Fisher IS still there. He is a dumb coach with gimmick plays and nothing else.
I'm just glad our castoffs from Indy are bleeding the titan cap room dry........
