Yep. We've established that. No excuses. Certainly not like the excuses fans have posted about the losses to USF and Mississippi State.

And here's something new: While I am not in any way trying to compare USF to Ohio State, you'll recall Florida pasted the Buckeyes in the NC game last year 41-14. Ohio State rebounded rather nicely this year, wouldn't you say? I think USF will be fine next year with most of their starters returning. Let the new flaming begin.

When UCF played USF we played a bad game. You didn't beat us. Muffed punt, 24K fell in the endzone, etc.
When USF played the Ducks, you all played a bad game. As nice as it was to see the game and to watch you lose, you beat yourselves.
What goes around comes around. Can't wait to see you next year in "OUR HOUSE". You better bring your "A" game and your crappy band.
Have a great New Year!
Fourth posting of this article Sentinel, the USF Orlando alum will be upadated Wednesday. And you wonder why your laying off people, duh.

Back to the bitter UCF fans.

You never take responsiblity for yourself it starts with a coach who lies on his resume and works it way down to fans who want something for nothing.

Never ranked, never beat a ranked team, non BCS weakest conference, lost by 52 points to USF and full of excuses.

We did not show up, and for the bowl, it was cold, bad calls etc. etc. etc.

GROW UP, no other teams are on here making up excuses for games or trashing everything that moves.

Only 11 years of Football, 3rd straight Bowl game, last 17 games on National TV, beat three conference champions (Conf USA, Sunbelt and Big East), muliple wins over ranked teams, ranked for about 75% of year, second best of all FLorida BCS programs (yes there is a big difference) 9-4. Need more, does not matter you UCF fans will still be whaa whaaa whaaa looking in at the big boys playing and making fun of any weak moment then going back to playing the worst teams in D1 over and over and over again!

Pathetic.

Stay in your UCF bubble and everything will be fine.

Enjoy the game this fall it will be the last time you have the honor for the rest of time. Don't worry we will get you on National TV again next fall. As for the Band they are much largert and better in less than 11 years.

As for last year yo lost 64-12 with USF playing 3rd string for much of the 2nd half. Oh yeah, you just did not show up but did not get defeated. Please.

Shame on you Sentinel as well.

NOt when you are on National TV every weekend and a couple of the highest rated games in ESPN history. People get to know the ups and downs and look at the full body of work for the year which was spectacular.

That is how it goes bitter little man. Looking forward to USF's 4th straight bowl in 2008!

geez, some of you guys just can't deal with it can you "Knight"? It doesn't matter how good/bad UCF or South Florida performs in the rest of their games. It is undeniable that South Florida is a better football team than UCF. There is no basis for debate on this anymore. I agree that South Florida was overrated at #2, but whenever they take the field against UCF the result is always the same. And the Big East is a BCS conference...not sure what you mean by "real". Please try and remember the "middle of the pack" Bulls wiped their a__ with your conference champions (and their overrated tailback who got fat on terrible defenses) to the tune of 64-12.
Happy New Year....only one more whipping then, mercifully, it will be over.
YES, ONLY ONE MORE TIME! Too bad it has to be played in a stadium that is about 30,000 seats too samll to host a USF game. Oh well, USF will get UCF on National TV again. You are welcome UCF.

Yes, 56 - 21 was a real downer that a national TV audience got to see. That will stick in their minds the entire off season. Was that the 5th string Oregon frosh QB makng his 1st career start that the mighty Bull D could not stop??? And your QB Gross sure got his bell rung a few times...I'm sure he will be gun shy next year scrambling when all those LBs tee off on him. OUCH!

Too "samll" a stadium by 30,000??? When was the last time USF put 75,000+ in Ray Jay?

So I was wondering, how many bandwagon fans are there for USF?

Are those shirts that USF fans wear brand new with the sticker prices still left on them? You guys are so pathetic. Once they start losing you will jump off that wagon.

By the way, great job on beating that middle school earlier in the year...opps, I mean Elon. Way to schedule the big boys.

Lets recap. When this loser ass bunch of thugs, flunk outs and criminals were ranked #2 what did I say? Save your receipts so all you dorks can take those stupid new hats and ahirts back to the store. And that they would not be ranked AT SEASONS END. Tamps is fun to visit but IT IS THE BIGGEST LOSER SPORTS CITY OF ALL TIME.

At least the USF fans are not here blaming their loss on cow bells, the Oregon fans, the QB, the weather and inept coaching. USF can look back on this year and be proud of beating the CUSA champs, the Sun Belt Conference champs, the Big East/Fiesta Bowl champs, and the winner of the Chick-fil-A Bowl.

Can ucf say that? Can ucf say they even beat a ranked top 25 team this year? Didn't think so, 64-12 do not forget that also.
