This is so on the target but you left out one thing.
Let's call it #7
7) We just rescheduled the UF game.
In other words you got blown out by UF 48-0 so instead of working and trying again you drop the game in 2007.
Congrat's to FAU for playing both UF and USF in 2007, Florida's two strongest BCS teams at 9-4.
FAU you ARE on top of the three non BCS Florida teams. Winning Sunbelt which is a stronger Conference than Confernce USA and your bowl game!
You almost made sense, until that sunbelt being better than CUSA. By the way , sloppy joe is on your side, pay attention.

No you are drunk, distructive, setting fires and full of excuses for anything that goes wrong. Ducks are a good team they had tie to regroup with a new QB. Ask yourself the question, if Smith went out, where would you have been?
Auburn is 3rd tier, West Virginia is 3rd tier, etc, etc, etc, etc, yes UCF was 3rd tier that is why there were 52 unanswered points using the USF 3rd string for much of the second half.
Slow your roll fast food boy. ducks are not that good. Ask yourself where you would have been if grothe went out. Add usf to the third tier list and you might start making sense. I have made no excuses about anything, I don't have to.

If USF's season was so blah, how do you explain their #2 ranking? You don't believe in some vast conspiracy, do you? Be careful how you answer because you'd have to explain *all* the teams who hovered near the top of the heap this year.
How do you explain global warming?

By beating some teams that were overrated. Those teams would be wvu, auburn, north carolina. After that they spanked UCF 64-12, and yes I watched the game and we were not ready to play that day and and usf ate our lunch, boo hoo. That was pretty much the pinnacle of their season. As a number 21 ranked team they were crushed by unranked oregon. What more do you need to hear?
So every team USF beat was overrated, too? Including UCF and one team playing in a BCS bowl game? Be careful with that stretch, sport. You might hurt yourself.

USF reached the top 25 one week after beating Auburn, I think at #23. They then moved to #18 after beating West Virginia then onto #11 then #6 then #5 then #2 I think they moved to #2 the week after beating a crap team by something like 50+ points. Kind of strange they would move on that win but go figure. They ten moved back to #10 after a three point loss to Rutgers. then to #18 and I think off for 2 weeks before returning after a another blowout, folllowed by two more blowouts ending at #21 in the BCS rankings.
UF and USF were the only Florida teams ranked for most of the season. Usually UF above USF but not always.
I hope this helps answer your burning question, it sure is great to see a Florida Team perform so well season after season in only the 11th year.
Thanks for caring.
Wow...what an accomplishment...from #2 to no where close to the Top 25. But 56 - 21 and beaten by the 5th string DUCK QB making his 1st start. OUCH!

Yeah, we deserve the pounding on this forum. That's the way it goes. And this all sounds vaguely familiar.(Sigh) Whatever, I'm proud of my team. Back to back nine-win seasons. Three straight bowl games. We'll be back next year.

Be that as it may, I have never placed my team on a pedestal. I have followed UCF since I attended the university and have been disappointed many times. Other programs that have not been around as long have a lot of lumps to take as time goes by. They should probably be careful about how high they build there pedestal. JMO

My post made clear the teams I feel were overrated. Those were the teams that carried them to the #2 ranking, but yes, I do feel that the big east is overrated as whole. And no, I did not say CUSA is the cream of the crop, but there are some good teams in CUSA. JMO

I agree with you 100%. I guess I'm talking about the lunatics who think their team is going to win a national championship overnight. It took the Gators 90 years to win their first national championship. I *know* USF has a long way to go. Winning the Big East would be a great step.

Just wait, Gator Nation. Only time will tell. However, I honestly think it will be sooner rather then later for UCF to beat a ranked opponent and win a bowl game.
Your posts, Gator Nation, and the other negative posts against UCF by all the other people on this board show nothing but fear. You fear the team that UCF could become in coming years. You fear that an up and coming football program like UCF could actually steal away a few big recruits from a school like UF. You think that you’re trying to smack down UCF in your posts. The truth is, your posts show nothing but the pure fear that you have of what the future may hold for a growing football program like UCF. Also, if you weren't scared of what the future may hold for UCF, you wouldn't bother posting all these negative posts against UCF in the first place.
Have you EVER signed a player that was rate more than THREE STARS other than Culpepper, who had to attend UCF due to academics? Your school won't be a threat in the next CENTURY! Maybe your robotics nerds can build a decent player for you by 2200!

Before you bash the "girly BFF bracelets", maybe you should read this article on why USF choose them.

At least the USF fans are not here blaming their loss on cow bells, the Oregon fans, the QB, the weather and inept coaching. USF can look back on this year and be proud of beating the CUSA champs, the Sun Belt Conference champs, the Big East/Fiesta Bowl champs, and the winner of the Chick-fil-A Bowl.

Can ucf say that? Can ucf say they even beat a ranked top 25 team this year? Didn't think so, 64-12 do not forget that also.
