Sounds to me like some dumn-assed captain "going down with his ship". Hell man, if you're plan has proven to be inept, at least have the courage and intelligence to make some changes for the better.
We're all behind you, but the name of the game is "Just win Baby".....or have they let that fade into obscurity? The same old bullshit isn't gettin' it.
