Ravens frequently flagged for roughing the passer

Full story: The Baltimore Sun

But there is another issue: Are the Ravens being overscrutinized? Through the first quarter of the season, the Ravens have been penalized four times for roughing the quarterback.

Were they playing Peyton? I had to shut this game off (sun titian vs colts). It's embarrassing. I have no favorite between the Colts and Titans, but you can't hit Peyton, even if a double team drives you to the ground or you bump him moments after a throw? Complete b.s. This truly is the NOT FAIR LEAGUE. Cheapens everything about it. The Ravens said it: Brady makes plays and doesn't need the help. His Highness Peyton is the same way. Might as well give them red jerseys. It's gotten pathetic.

Are talking about the Ravens, the Titans or the Patriots?'Cause we all know Peyton is above reproach. It's a double standard. That's not hard to understand. Watch some of the hits that the lesser QBs take that don't get called. Tom Jackson illustrated it beautifully on Sunday (ESPN). Just make it consistent, that's all I ask. Let the NHL and NBA do things the other way.

Football is getting too soft. It's all about money. You cant get near the QB cause they are worth too much to the team. The good old days of Johnny U. and Archie Manning are gone. They played with casts on their arms. Real men.

Face it, the raveNs are a bunch of cheap shot artists and the NFL has had enough. They USED to intimidate, now they just flatulate.

Vikings 24 Ravens 17 Brett Favre 23-31 passing 254 yds 2tds. 1 int. Flaccco 19-38 passing 200 yds. 2tds 1 int. And the 49ers are actually a better team this year with good defense and I believe they have a better record then the Ravens. Ravens are a good team don't get me wrong but talent wise, our team has more on both sides of the ball. Especially at the QB spot! Ravens blits and pass rush will fall victim to the screen pass to Chester Taylor and Peterson. This game will come down to decision making on 3rd downs cuz both teams defense will put each QB with 3rd and long. Peace!

Go back 20- 30 years HELL go back 40 and 50 years and revisit the hits laid out back than. It's not the same any more.

Daily Horoscope for May 21

Cancer

Take care because it's a rather downbeat day. You feel as though you have the cares of the world on your shoulders, and maybe you have. You've certainly got to cope with a lot of responsibility and duty, and there could also be delays and disappointments that need to be negotiated. Yes, it's a fairly miserable day but try to rise above it, otherwise you'll soon start to feel really wretched and sorry for yourself.
