I guess the more I think about this, the more I agree. I've advocated trading Flynn in the past, just because in theory he's not going to get off the bench and he'd be worth a lot in trade.
The problem is that they won't be able to keep him forever. He's going to become a free agent at some point (next year?) and someone's going to throw starter money at him at that point. And the Packers aren't going to be able to match that kind of offer to keep him as a backup.
Assuming there's a season, he's a Packer for this year, anyway.
