Hmmm, kind of a Steeler Fan that likes the Green & Gold a little more.
That's cool. I think they are just going to stay right where they are and say a lot of prayers Rodgers stays healthy. They might even have an incentive clause to the offensive lineman who gets the most holding penalties for protecting Rodgers. Just joking, but something I would consider. I can't see them making any trades for a less than mediocre QB for a backup unless they trade Harrell. The results would pretty much be the same as having Harrell for a backup. A loss is a loss. I don't think they would want to risk picking up a less than average QB and risk Coleman on the practice squad. You people probably think I'm full of shit right now, but I tell you that Coleman will be much better than Flynn and perhaps take a few of the good qualities of one of our other great QB's. I'm talking #4. Coleman worked out a lot with Favre and has great arm strength like Favre and is much bigger, stronger than Harrell. He also has Favre's agent, Bus Cook. I think it would be a huge mistake for us to risk losing Coleman with all his future potential. I'm sure a lot of other teams are aware of him. If we did go with an experienced QB that someone released, I would cut or trade Harrell.
I/m no Steelers fan, believe me. Just happen to work out here. No one's grabbing Coleman--no risk. I do watch enough Steeler division games to know that McCoy is better than your assessment. The Browns have had no receivers and precious little blocking. When he's been able to set up he's been effective. Good character guy too. Most important, much better than Harrell.

I would not be at all surprised to see McCoy in Green and Gold after this weeks games. Passer rating this preseason; Harrell 55.6 | McCoy 105.5.
Ted Thompson, Packers GM appears to be wavering a bit in his comments about Harrell. Here’s what Ted Thompson had to say about Graham Harrell yesterday.“We have faith in a lot of our guys.” Not a strong endorsement of any specific player. Now remember, he was asked about Graham Harrell in particular.

I can't imagine why Colt would want to be a backup to a rookie on a crappy team. He says all the right things, but I believe he would love to play in Green Bay if given the chance.

Not the best place to live, it's a shit-hole. I have to drive near it every weekend or so to get to Door County. We Property owners in Door County were pissed that the shit-bags from GB invaded our beautiful beaches to escape the heat this summer. They live in a shit-hole on the bay and have no nice beaches, low life's, real scum. Who else would live in that shit-hole? Quality of life is a reason some NFL players would not want to play in GB. Not to many players would make that a home after their NFL career or to have to raise a family.Wisconsin is my second home and I love it for it's beauty but GB is a pit and a lot of shit heads live there.

That was quite a rant. Should I match your childishness by calling Chicago a crime-ridden shit-hole? LOL

Chicago has bad areas and fantastic ones, a good percentage of players end up making it their home for the rest of their lives. I doubt any NFL player in GB ever stays 5 seconds in GB after the season ends let alone after their career. I guess you have never been to GB.

Talk to the Bear fans. Those morons are stupid enough to pay the McCaskeys $3500 per seat and get nothing in return. I bet you can get them to pay YOU for the right to to do your work for you.
