Tim Tebow was clearly the best candidate for the award. The voters probably just didn't want to give him two Heisman trophies. Because Archie Griffin is apparently regarded as some sort of legend, and what he did in the 1974 and 1975 seasons can't be paralleled.

Once again the University of Texas gets shafted. First, Texas beat OU and SHOULD be in the national championship game. Then they add insult to injury and elect Bradford when McCoy led in EVERY important stat as a quarterback.

Screw the sportswriters.

May all you Yankees rot in hell. Please STOP coming to Texas. You are not needed, or welcome.

You know, Texas Longhorn fans are spoiled. You have had the successful programs for as long as you can remember, so you automatically assume that you deserve everything.
DONT GET ME WRONG
I understand your argument.
You beat OU, HEAD TO HEAD, 45-35, and they get the #1 spot. "its not fair"
What about Texas Tech??? "they lost by 44 pts"
SO?
That is point differential.
Texas fans and the sympathetic press are using the point differential to rule Tech out,
but then,
they use the head to head to put themselves #1.

Your argument is indeed legitimate, as legitimate as Texas Tech's. But OBSELETE!

concentrate on your bowl game, you're lucky to be #3

Well, Tebow will have another chance next year. He still has a chance to get 2.

TT won't admiit it,but he has a big incentive to play well in the BCS championship. And let Bradford know who the "best QB" is.

Tebow is a great leader, a great athlete, and a great guy, but he's not a better quarterback than Bradford.

I think we all agree that the BCS system sucks.

Playoffs!

Junior Colleges have 'em.
Division II has 'em.

Keep pushing for playoffs everyone!
