He allows Cato June and Nick Harper to escape, and then resigns Gilbert Gardner, who lost his job to Rob Morris. Just another one of Polian's blunders. We might just as well forget about repeating as Super Bowl Champs, unless he figures out a way to move up in the draft. He will do to Freeney what he did to Edge, he will tag him this year, and then let him go next year. POLIAN IS AN IDIOT!!!!!!!!!!

I believe Gilbert Gardner played out of position at strong-sideded linebacker.His best postion is weak-sided linebacker. That is why the Colts resigned him to replace Cato June.Dungy took a chance of playing him on the strong side and obvious it didn't work.Gardner will have a good year on the weak sided.

I agree here. The Colts have been in the playoffs 7 of the last 8 years and won the SB this last time.

He also put together a Bills team that went to the SB 4 times. That the team couldn't close the deal even once was not his fault. It a matter of coaching and heart.

The guy obviously knows what he is doing. Anyone that thinks they know better how to do his job, I can get the phone number for the Colts and that person can call to set up an interview.

I guess the world IS full of idiots. It at least has it's share here in Indy.
