My micromanaging will be taken to a new level. I know you hated it when I micromanaged your play calling so I will let you go and get another tool that I can treat as a puppet.

Lane, your fired. I know you will go to Roger Goodell and complain about me. But lets face it, there is nothing he can do. I own the Raiders and as long as I am in control, we will suck and go through every NFL coach in the USA.

In closing, please clean out your office on the way out. You dont have to worry about the play books, they are already kept in my office.

al doesn't pay anything. The fans do and we desrve an owner who can work with a young coach. Shanahan, Gruden, now Kiffin. He's an ahole. Then there was Bugel, White, Turner, Shell, now Kiffin. He's a terrible judge of some coaches and can't work with others. Please die Al!
