If I were to write this up as a fictional story, it couldn't get any better. Brett got my text message, and like a good little wannabe Viking, promply cut TT/MM/MM off at the knees. Now the plan is almost complete. Favre, the face of GB for 16 years who basically built the packers during that time span, now wants to join Minnesota. He has split the fan base, caused consternation to no end to the packer clan, and is now willing to take up arms against his former team.
Bus Cook himself said that GB doesn't want the circus to come to home to roost, but now it looks like that is what will happen.
Brett just wants to play, that's what I've been saying all slong. The 20 to 25 million wasn't enough to sway his mind, but the hush money shows just how desperate the packer are.
Let's just see how well he fits into the 'rodgers era' packers.

we're not getting Favre. The Pack and Favre have both been using the Vikes as a pwn in this whole mess. I wish people would be careful what they wish for. The only way Vikes get him now is BLOCBUSTER trade. Afte all the Vikes have done this year..and all the money spent do they really want to do that ? I don't know..to come so close a trade could knock them back. Besides, after the circus came to towm in GB yeterday do you really thin now the Packers mgnt would crucify themselves and trade Favre to the Vikes. I just don't see it and leave it to the GD media to keep stirring the pot
