QUOTE OF THE DAY

"I think we're head and shoulders above where we were, and we were good last year."

— Defensive end Jared Allen on the Vikings' defense

Just keep pounding sand Jared, the rest of the league will not relish playing the Vikings defense this year. I look forward to three and out on a steady basis. We have the players to be one of the best defenses in some time, just a little tweaking in the secondary.

Wow, it's is going to be another disaster at QB this year. Chilly has got to go and another mediocre year should get him out of here

with the Vikings QB situation I think they are the perfect team for the wildcat offense
with Peterson,Harvin and the rest of the receivers, Now all Brad Childress has to do is habe enough guts to use it.

Even with Brett Favre the vikings would not have made it to the NFC championship game and that would have been a waste with him

Yup. The Harvtoker's gonna be more trouble than he's worth. And what coach rails on a defense that is playing ball? Backwards, but all for the Harvtoker who is going to see his playing time dwindle as his manicure dulls. Pu$$y in Vikings boots. As for Allen's statements, I give more credence to his than to most other players. I think TJack will start, at some point in the season give way to Sagebrushblowininthewind, and the rest, as they say, is history. It'll go something like this: "Brad Childress was fired today, one day after the end of a quarterback experiment gone sour. Thousands, no, gazillions of Vikings fans celebrated in the streets, weary of double speak, inuendos, falsehoods, a coach who couldn't catch the big one (no, not the Superbowl, Brett Favre.) Let's hope JAllen is on, and this team catches fire. I'd love to see Billy Jackson win the big one... would love it.

Jackson says, "We need to find ourselves." That's really good. You mean, idiot dud who belongs in a bush league and NOT the NFL,*you* need to find *yourself*. Most of the rest of the players have already found themselves, and they deserve a f__k of a lot better than you at quarterback. Without this rancid joke for a coach, you would never even be considered for a starting role - and you know it, Mr. Useless.

Lets face it, this team is average the only reason they were in the playoffs last year was because their division stunk. Not that this division gets that much better, it will be a crap shoot again to see which of these teams gets the first round playoff ouster.

Jackson says, "I'm only trying to stay one step ahead of Rosenfels so I can keep my job. But since Rosenfels sucks so badly, I'm not gaining any improvement from that one step."

The most honest thing and true thing Chilli has ever done he just did. He just released the Vikings new depth chart and left the # 1 QB position blank.

Wait a minute- Coach Silly is still the QB,
isn't he? The plays are sent in to the
mindless drones on the field. Three plays
later they punt, just like always.

Jackson still doesn't have the consistency to be a legitimate starting NFL QB. This is on Childress for dragging this "experiment" on and in the meantime never obtaining a meaningful starter for this team. When you don't have a proven starting QB, just exactly how do you rationalize not getting Cutler? Fans are going to go nuts when Jackson once again proves that he shouldn't even be in the league if it wasn't for Childress trying to show the NFL how he "can mold a QB like a piece of clay".

He is molding alright, only he uses turds. I know because I saw TJack with some undigested corn on his forehead yesturday.

I fling poo like a monkey at the zoo when I helicopter maneuver.
