The Green Bay Packers deserve a public apology from the NFL after getting shafted by the referees in two straight games - one of which cost them the game.

The Packers don't need an apology We won despite te mitkes. Besides, the officiating was still MUCH better than from the replacement refs. The NFL does owe the Packers a game though. So the least it can do is make sure the Packers get a top officiating crew every week to assure that the Packers don't get screwed again. We'l be fine as long as the refs aren't taking wins away ALL season long. I think the Packers can only afford to get screwed out of a win 3 or 4 more times before it costs us a playoff spot. But with the good refs back, I would be shocked if it happens more than twice.

A good argument can be made that they owe all 32 teams for every loss in the first 3 weeks.

The NFL definitely owes the fans. They owe the fans a refund for tickets purchased the first 3 weeks!

Packers should be the ones giving the refund, least points scored in the division and given up the most!

Do you want them to spot you some points too? Since you can't score on your own?

Green Bay's vaunted offense has been pictured on milk cartons all over Wisconsin.

The Packers and Bears OFFENSES have both scored 9 TDs each.
Bears have 8 FG to the Packers 5 FG.
Packers have the edge in Yards/game 333 to 307.

I guess it is pretty close offensively--so yes the Packers offense is under preforming and the Bears is playing great.

I am not sure why the offense is sputtering to the Bears level. I do think the Bears have a good defense, along with the 49ers and Hawks.(all 3 are rated in the top 5 in yards and points) So at least those games are out of the way, that should help some.

I think it has to do with the new CBA allowing only a certain number of practice hours during training camp. Couple that with starters not playing the 4th preseason game fearing injuries and the first 4-5 games are sloppy in the regular season. I think that is why wild card teams have been doing well lately, start slow, then get better and are forced to keep playing starters late in the season, unlike teams that get out to a big lead and rest their starters for a few games, they are rusty in the playoffs (see last year's packers)
