This could be the worst case senario for the Vikings. Not only might we not make it to the playoffs , but Chilli might use this as an excuse for being given another chance.

How about that guy from the "Ring of Honor" who was also on the field Sunday night? Is he doing anything in December?

Us Bear Fans have seen those "losers" win a super bowl, how many superbowls have the queens won? Wish I knew ya so I could earn a little money cause I'm sure you would put your little money where your fat
mouth is. Bears will win the division, by the way point at Sundays game but how we forget the first meeting.

Wow , what a huge blow for our defense!!!I still think the suspensions were too harsh... 4 games for water pills come on....thats rediculous...oh well good teams find a way to win...players will really have to step up thier game, our defense has covered the offenses backs thier turn to shine .....now we'll see what the vikings are made of... do or die...GO VIKES...

The beArS are done, stick your 3in1 hobo fork in them, loser. The first game was close because of 5 Viking turnovers or else that would have been another Vikings blow out.
Are you and Lovey going to watch the playoffs from your house or his?

This suspension will hurt the Vikings. However, if the backup players can perform well during the absence of the two Williams, this could boost the confidence of the Vikings as a team and help to propel this team further into the playoffs. There will be a lot of adjustments with the defense, linebackers, corners, and safties will have to step their game up.

Guys have to be careful with what they put into their bodies. Read the label and have the product examined before taking the product. Your not babies, but men, act like men and do the grown up thing, be responsible, and do all the checks.

I hope they will be ok!! noone knows these 2 and that's the problem!! They need to show up big time in Detroit to get everyones confident. I canot believe this is happening. Someone needs to motivate players big time for next 4 games. Motication is the key and I do not care if Vikes Management have to hire some professional moticater--just do it--make it happen--we are around the corner from playoffs.

Still can't help but think that the NFL is being two-faced with these suspensions. I agree that players are responsible for what goes into their bodies. But if the league office knew StarCaps had a banned substance and DIDN'T inform players (they are claiming they did, but that is also being disputed by the Saints players who were suspsended), that's a huge problem for the league.

I'm also wondering how much it costs a drug company to get its products on the NFL approved supplements list.

As for the Vikings, well, if we don't beat Detriot on Sunday, we can kiss the playoffs goodbye. If we win, then we'll see where the competition stands after Sunday.

There is no sense getting giddy until the Vikings beat the Lions. If they lose, Chicago has a free pass to the Division crown...

I think Chili's fate has been sealed with the vote of confidence he got from Wilf. Good, bad, or ugly, he's the coach for awhile. Gotta give the boys credit though, they win despite him.

I would think that if the Giants had a chance to keep the Vikings out of the playoffs, they would play their starters. I don't think any of the playoff teams would want the Vikings in there. Not to say that the vikings are all that, but the defense is really good. So if they hold you to low points, the offense needs to just play smart and eek out the win. Kinda like Baltimore when they won the superbowl. Good defense, but Dilfers offense did just enough to win it...

I don't know Coughlin, but I don't think he'll sit his players.

Hi ya Kat, I don't really think it will make a difference in that last game. The Giants will most likely be playing for nothing at that point and have home field advantage secured throughout the playoffs. In contrast, the Vikings probably will have everything to play for, so a Vikings win is quite possible. If the Giants have any recollection of the beating we gave them last year, they might try the revenge angle, but if it comes down to that game, we will have much more to play for.

they had no idea that steroids were in the supplements they took and the league said it was ok because they didnt know either.

If the lawyers can't save us, then the backups must step it up. Possibly use Robison for one of the inside spots on obvious passing situations. Don't let it go; we've clubbed our way to first place and we must fight to stay there. Skol Vikings.
