In fairness, I think you should have pointed out that pot smoking is widespread among college students in general.

And GM's shouldn't care. How many of them didn't light up when they were in school, back when they didn't test?

How many GM's, coaches, scouts, owners, season ticket holders, etc. would fail a drug test right now?

well i didnt smoke up before the most important time in my career. The kids who did this are obviously to stupid to realize the improtance of being progessional. They are fools and i hope the teams that drafted them realize that the kids wont take anything seriously in their careers

As a Viking fan we made good picks in the 2nd and 3rd rounds, but not in the 1st round. I never thought I would ever be as pissed off as the day the Bulls drafted Joakim Noah, another pot smoking Gator out of the swamp.

Let's keep in mind the last time the Vikings drafted a pot smoking WR his name was Randy Moss.

But he also wasn't 5'10, 190 lbs, and overrated.

The only thing I'm concerned about pot smoking in relation to the NFL is you have to be crazy playing HIGH while in the NFL.
You need all senses to play....and being out of it is asking for trouble.
Ask Rashan Salaaam.

Why did Harrell not get drafteed? This guy was in the Heismann conversation all year. Not a fan of Tech, just curious.

Winners:

49ers:

-Michael Crabtree Wide Receiver
-Nate Davis QB

That's what they needed.

Browns:

Two outstanding wide receivers in Massaquoi and Robislie that they pick.

Good question. Why didn't Troy Smith go higher than what he did?

There were actually a few QB's who should of gotten drafted but didn't, like Graham Harrel, John Parker Wilson, Hunter Cantwell, and Brian Hoyer. There was also a running back out of Purdue named Kory Sheets who should of gotten drafted. Even though I'm an IU fan, I really do hope that the Vikings sign him because he can be effective in the redzone and a 3rd down back and maybe even a complimentary back.

Players who should have been drafted? P.J. Hill of Wisconsin? He has 2 DUI's since he declared for the draft. Talk about stupid. He should have stayed in school where he had some direction.

At this point, he hasn't even been signed as a FA, to my knowledge.

Good point. Add Michael Phelps, Robert Parrish, Kareem Abdul Jabaar etc. etc. to the long evergrowing list of pot smoking achievers.Pretty hard to convince the youth of America that only losers smoke marijuana. Real eyes, realize, legalize.

Jeebs,

I disagree about Brian Hoyer even if I am a Spartans fans, he had a tough time reading defense, he did have a good arm, he is like Rex Grossman I believe... Too many interception.
