He never "predicted" ten wins last year, he said they SHOULD win 10 games not they WOULD win 10 games. There is a difference, one sounds like a competitor the other sounds cocky. Either way as a long time, long suffering fan I'd love to see it. Keep an eye on Kevin Smith, I think he really has something.

Wrong...Here's the actual bit from the news story on ESPN last year----(In March, Kitna said the Lions would win 10 games in 2007, but after seeing the team's schedule he adjusted his prediction -- higher.

"I'll keep to myself what I think we actually will win. But it's more than 10 games," Kitna said.)

--- So He did predict at least 10 wins

I heard the interview replayed on the NFL network and he said should win, but I'm not at all surprised that an ESPN reporter got it wrong. If you want to find the audio from the interview and prove me wrong give it a try, until then I'll stick with what I heard.

the lions should do good this year. looking at their schedule they should at least win 10 games. last year was a flunk and they let some games go. i'm looking forward to their new offensive style.
