I would also suggest that a mailing go out to all medicaid recipients regarding the importance of re-enrolling when their coverage runs out..it has been my experience that many managed care plans have poor control processes to insure re-enrollment..As Massachusetts moves forward in maintaining universal coverage ,the re-enrollment process is one of their concerns..
