So what does a dad killed by a millionaire fetch the family these days? I love how they will not release that....

Unfortunately, the man ran into the street without looking. He wasn't in the crosswalk. I almost hit a kid on a skateboard because he came flying off the sidewalk right in front of me, I was able to stop my car in time. If I had hit him and he died, should I be at fault? Stallworth was DUI but the victim contributed to hsi death. If Stallworth had not been under the influence, would he still have been convicted? Don't get me wrong, I feel for the family; it was a tragedy. However, it also emphasizes the need for personal repsonsibility. The victim was irresponsible for not being in the crosswalk and for not looking before running into the street. Stallworth was irresponsible for drinking and driving.
